Do It Best

Came here and got a bunch of fun keys made. Guy behind the counter was friendly and patient with me and my brother as we picked the keys to give to specific family members. Would come here again if I needed keys made.

The only reason I gave this place three stars was because of how much stuff they do have. If you need to go in, know what you’re getting and leave… Sure go here. If you have questions or requests that will require assistance from the staff, stay away. Three different visits to here has made me so turned off. First visit– They seemed soooo bummed that I had them make THREE KEYS. and then the employees were talking trash about all the people calling in for fans. Second visit– I observed an older man at the register with various parts without price tags. The employee practically yelled at him and kept asking him what prices were on the bins he got it from… Cut him a break! He did make a comment about customer service-​good for him. Third and final visit– my mom was sent in by my dad to find a part for our sink. Not knowing exactly what it was, she asked… multiple people. They kept just sending her to an aisle, no other help. Luckily for her, a plumber was in that aisle and helped her, but she didn’t buy anything from the store, he actually took her outside to his truck and gave her the part for free.
So, bad employees, except one guy… not sure his name but he wears glasses!
I hope they get better, more hardware-​educated employees.

Victor and Chris went above and beyond to help me track down a fabulous grill for my husband. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgable when they came out to install it for me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Small store that is convenient for most random hardware needs — I live just down the street so I tend to come here fairly often for little do-​it-​yourself activities.
The staff has always been super friendly and helpful to me, although sometimes the service is a bit slow :)

Went ar ound 8pm on the friday after thanksgiving. They had the krazy/​super glue I needed. Glad to have a newer hardware store in town to support the small business. I shop here for convienence and location and prices are higher.

I really enjoy coming here because the staff is ALWAYS so very helpful. I appreciate the neighborhood feel of the store, it is small yet has everything a large home improvement store would carry, WITHOUT high prices. I love how quick things are here. Came in here this past weekend with my husband to get some paint to paint the inside of the condo. The mixed the paint right there while we waited, no need to come back to pick up. Staff matched it perfectly and our condo looks amazing. Love weekend home projects when I have Do It Best to shop at! Thanks DIB!
