Camino Real Apts

We’ve been here about 7 years and like it well enough. The 4 building complex has single level and two level apartments that are made for couples. I don’t think there’s anything more than 1 bedroom places to rent. In fact our two story place feels more like a studio apt with stairs. It’s not big square footage-​wise, the kitchen/​livingroom is combined and the only bathroom is located in the bedroom. So as I say, it’s really made for 1 or 2 people if they’re a couple. The landlord is on top of things. If anything breaks, she has someone there to fix it asap. Our refrigerator died and the very next day we had a new one, no questions asked. There’s a handyman and groundskeeper on hand, so the complex looks good and is in good running order. Parking is ample. The neighborhood is safe. But the complex is located next to the highway, so there’s traffic noise. Overall it’s a good place, reasonably priced.
