I called for a pizza at 5:46 and was told 35 – 40 minutes. Went in at 6:20 and they after much back and forth between the guy at the front and the manager they told me 15 more minutes. My pizza wasn’t ready until 7:00!!! My receipt shows my order wasn’t even printed until 6:22. I wasn’t even offered a discount or at the very least an apology. We won’t be ordering again. You lost loyal customers

Terrible! I’ve ordered for a few years from this place and the quality has gone down hill. Ordered a gyro and it was the type you buy at the supermarket. Bye rosatis

The owner is awful. Sent burnt pizza that had little to no sauce. Owner never offered a refund. Will never order from this location again. I’m now using the one on Geneva Rd. You guys can say goodbye to a 3 year customer!

Ordered the family lasagna meatballs and a 2 ltr. For dinner tonight. Have ordered this on other occasions and great… but tonight was horrible! !!! First they fogot my 2ltr. Then I realize they forgot the meatballs so I called. They said they would being them so we waited. Meanwhile my kids are hungry and whinning. So I decided to feed them, AND they still are complaining. The driver brings my 2ltr but no meatballs. So off he goes and He apologises. Now the kids are saying they don’t like it. Now I’m really getting upset. I tell them to eat it they’ve had it before. I fix my plate realize there aren’t even tomatoes on the salad. huh? Lbvs I sit down, kids whinning still… so I start eating my half wilted salad… take a bite of the lasagna… I spit it out! So I call to speak to the«manager» or who ever they said it was. But anyways the could have cared less. He said that the driver was on his way with the meatballs and I said I wanted my money back and they can have the food. It has been 45min… still no meatballs. Still hungry and very pissed now. I will never order from them again! I have to rate them to get this posted they get 1 star BUT I GIVETHEM A BIGFATMEATBALLZEROSTARS!!!

While placing my order, the guy on the phone must been real busy or he just want me to order fast. The way he was talking was rude and impolite. Anyways my order came like a hour ., and I had 6 can of pop. They forgot it, so I called back the resturant. And they says they gnna give me. 2. 2. Liter of pop. driver comes back with 2. 2 liter of pop. They were warm and over dated. How can u have warm pop. Never. Again I’m gnna order from this location again. Pizza tasted bland also. .Would not recommend this location.

Gave them one star because I couldn’t give none! Food was great about 3 – 4 years ago, their skimping on product to make money… Used to have the best chicken wings(wing zings) and pizza, now pizza is very soggy and thin, lacking cheese and ingredients, they changed their hot chicken wings to mushy saucy chicken gross, ordered tonight and paid $ 39 dollars for small cheese, sausage, & onion and soggy wings, for delivery, will defiantly b the last time! Sooooooo disappointed, hope they read their reviews and get their sh!$ together! Randy is a great delivery guy, been there for years, «don’t let them tarnish you Randy, apply to deliver somewhere else, your great and deserve better!

I’m not sure who the franchise owner is but, they have the worse hot wings any where!!! If I wanted plain tasting chicken with no flavor I would deep fried my own. The pizza crust is like eating a cracker. The sauce tastes like it came out of a can. Pizza is not made like that. Hanover Park location is way better and I will start going there again for my pizza and or White Cottage Pizza!!!

I’ve ordered from this Rosati’s for a few years now. Pizza is decent, hot dogs and fries are simple but yummy. Ribs are hit/miss. Skip the calamari. Problem I have with this location is their online ordering process which has messed up my order timing too many times. Today being the worst, placed my simple order over an hour ago, and I was starving when I placed it. Set my timer for one hour as I always do when ordering food and when it went off, I called them to check on the status of my order expecting to hear the driver was almost here. Instead, a woman answered and said that her store just received my order 5 minutes ago and it was being cooked. I sighed loudly with an «awwww man», because when you’re hungry and waiting over an hour to hear they just received your order, an awww man is justified. She said nothing, no apology, no probing to see how their system messed this up. Nada! That’s frustrating! Their customer service is usually better than that, as they’ve often misunderstand an online order or couldn’t find my address or wanted to let me know they ran out of something and they’ve always called to let me know so the delayed receipt and her indifference to my annoyance really ticked me off. I mean, this was their mistake not mine. My order took two hours to arrive! Not an overstatement, exactly two hours. After two calls to check on the status & never once was there an apology, discount, or incentive to continue to order with this location. From now on, I’ll have to immediately follow-up with a call when I place an order online with this store, which is inconvenient and defeats the purpose of ordering online but at this rate, they leave me no other choice. When things like this happen, the lack of satisfaction is reflected in the tip. So yea, meh, I’ve definitely experienced better. Of course there’s always the option to just spend my money elsewhere considering there’s a slew of food places in this neighborhood.

Not great but pretty good pizza. If you have a coupon helps you save a little bit. The reasonable default pizza when needed.

I will never again order Rosati’s. The food was all bland, the mozzarella sticks were all over cooked so the cheese blew out and was rubbery, and I ended up getting heartburn so bad from their food that I literally woke up choking on my stomach acid. Thanks for reminding me of how much I hated your food in the first place!

I love Rosatis pizza but not from this location. The guy here is so rude he keeps loosing customers by yelling and screaming over the phone when trying to place an order? If I want a pizza made with specific toppings, that is what I want! It is the guys job, answering the phone, to take the order from me, happily and place it! Do not scream at me for asking to omit or add ingrediants, that is what a pizza is all about?! Because of the rudeness, several times now from the jerk answering the phone, I will drive to other towns to get my Rosatis fix!

Rosati’s is a chain of pizzeria’s in Chicagoland that is well known for their thin crust pizza. This particular location is located right off of Gary Avenue in Carol Stream and offers a wide variety of menu items besides pizza. First off, I’m going to go over the pizza here. I’ve only had the thin crust pizza here mind you and it’s a very cripsy crust that crunches like a cracker. The application of toppings is around average, not too light but not too generous either. The biggest problem I have here is that the sauce is very lightly applied and you don’t taste too much of it. I’d also say that it doesn’t re-heat very well. So if you decide to try the pizza eat it while it’s fresh. I recently learned that this Rosati’s also has hot dogs. In fact Jumbo hot dogs, I decided to place an order for two of them(this included fries and a can of pop). The hot dogs I received were thicker than normal dogs. They came on a regular non-poppy seed bun that was mostly soft. The sausage itself was skinless and tasted different than the usual Chicago brands of hot dog. The only ingredient applied to the dog was tomato in a salsa-like form with mustard and relish packets in the bag itself. With a simple hot dog like this, it’s definitely difficult for me to rate it, as it didn’t have many condiments. Despite this, I’d be more likely to order their hot dog than their pizza in the future. Overall I’m not a big fan of Rosati’s pizza, this is not a problem unique to this location but a problem with the 5 or so different Rosati’s I’ve tried over the years. The hot dog served here is very simple, and for the money isn’t a bad deal. Because this is a pizza place and nothing here was outstanding, I am going to only give it two stars, better options for food exist.

I am only giving this place two stars, not because of the pizza but because of the delivery service. One night a few weeks ago my fiancé and I were hungry and were searching for a pizza place still open that would deliver. We came across this location on the website and were happy to find out we could even order online just about a half hour before they closed. The pizza was delivered in about 45 minutes which was nice but the delivery driver commented on how we shouldn’t be ordering so close to closing time. I was in utter shock that he would say such a thing. In my mind if it was too close to closing then why did our order get processed. I will never be ordering from this location again.

I just tried Rosati’s for the first time after moving to the area and a co-worker recommended their establishment. My fiancé and I ordered a medium thin crust with extra bacon and cheese(after watching«Epic Meal Time», we had a craving!), caesar salad, and the pizza bread. I usually don’t care for thin crust because I don’t think it’s as filling as hand tossed, pan, or deep dish styles, but this place has changed my mind. I felt this restaurant gave you far more for your money than most places. This order fed us both for 2 days! Some friends of ours treated us to a very large pizza when we visited them in Grand Rapids, MI. I noticed that Rosati’s menu offers a monstrous 24″ pizza too and we will be returning the favor when they visit us. I highly recommend this place! Rosati’s will be satisfying our pizza cravings from now on! :)

Crap thin crust and crappier wings. The dough obviously comes out of a freezer tube. It’s the kind of dough kids bake in EZBake ovens(do those still exist?) Horrible, horrible experience. Overpriced to boot.

This pizza exceeds delivery pizza expectations. Always a crispy crust, not undercooked. Great sauce and cheese and good quality toppings. The pizza here is just one of the yummy things you can find here. There’s a lot to choose from and large portions are pretty much standard. We love the fried ravioli and buffalo shrimp. They also have these fried dessert bites that are not to be missed. Surprisingly, no matter when we order delivery it is always hot and fresh. They always send out a ton of coupons too, which is always a plus.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE Rosati’s Pizza. I went to high school with one of the Rosati’s, so I’ve been around the food and brand a long time. They truly have my favorite thin crust cheese pizza. However, THIS Rosati’s is really, really dirty. It’s a shame, because I still love the food, but every time I go in there, you’d think nobody ever swept or took pride in some renovations. They say their slices are instantly ready, yet I’ve had to wait multiple times. I wouldn’t mind picking up a pizza there, but would never recommend to eat in.

I haven’t eaten in yet here, just take-out. However, the stack of «collect 12, get 50% off» coupons in my drawer is begging me to review this place on Unilocal.(And I’ve already redeemed 12 of those coupons once.) Rosati’s is a formerly-Chicagoland, now-8-state chain of pizza places, but this particular location has less of an attachment to the chain than the others, based on the fact that if you look at the official Rosati’s website, this location can’t be found. Fair enough. What matters is the pizza, and in the five years we’ve selected Rosati’s as our preferred take-out pizza place, I can safely say it’s been very good every time. Lately, the pizza has been been getting more and more greasy, than anything, but the tomato sauce base is still wonderfully fresh and tart, and the crust is flavorful and well made. I’m not exactly sure what’s in their cheese blend(probably some blend of parmesan and mozzarella), but it’s really good as well; no tasteless cheese here. I’ve noticed that their pizzas get better with the more stuff you put on them. Their veggie pizza is worth 5 stars. Unfortunately, my wife does not eat vegetables. My last pizza half, a double mushroom, actually ended up a bit soggy. Still, you can do much worse in Carol Stream for pizza.
