Very relaxing. The staff was nice and accommodating. The massage was relaxing. One of the girls at the front desk handled an upset client very professionally. We signed up for a monthly package. Look forward to the next appointment.

I received an amazing facial and microderm today. Kris did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. The facility was well maintained and atmosphere was spa like. Gina was very helpful and pleasant. Will go back on a monthly basis.

I have been getting massage and facial treatments for many, many years. I tried Hand & Stone in November and I was hooked. I quickly signed up as a member and cancelled my membership at another establishment. What I found superior here is the atmosphere, availability of appointments, front desk staff, wide selection of services, talented and professional staff. Samantha is awesome for facials. If you need deep tissue work, Shappell is fantastic. Hand & Stone in Carol Stream is a gem!

i made an appt for an hour massage but received a 50 min massage. i know its only 10 minutes but those 10 minutes can make a difference! plus i wasn’t told it was only gonna be 50min., i was told an hour and the last time i checked, an hour is 60 min. long! the massage itself was pretty good since i was havin a back issue that the masseuse really worked on. however i didnt mean for her to ONLY work on my back and nothing else! every time ive told other people about a certain issue i had before a massage they gave that spot special attention but also worked on the rest of my body. its ok though cuz now i know to not go back there since they dont wanna massage the whole time.

Amazing massage, one of the best I’ve ever had, done by Sabrina. Nice ambience, everything was great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, the last thing you want, after an incredible massage and being totally relaxed is a sales pitch to join the rewards club. This element needs tweaked a bit.

I’ve been a member since they have opened and highly recommend Hand and Stone in Carol Stream. The place has wonderful décor — the perfect balance of professional and relaxing. The massage therapists and aestheticians I have had have been great and very knowledgeable. I have tried both the 50 min as well as the 80 minute massage and recommend either, though the 80 minute is such a treat! Well done, Hand and Stone!

Went to their Open House/​Ribbon Cutting and was so impressed I booked my first Facial for the next day. It was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had previously not been someone to frequent a spa but will be now. Very clean, friendly staff, super relaxing atmosphere. Wish I could get a facial from them weekly. Can’t decide if my next appointment will be for a facial or a massage. Great prices and weren’t pushy about buying products but did make suggestions that I appreciated. Definitely recommend them. Go treat yourself.

I get a lot of massages but this is my first experience at a «store front», «strip mall» type of facility. It is very nice… friendly and clean with reasonable rates if you join (and there’s no fee to join.) Morgan is the only massage therapist I’ve seen and I really like him, so I probably won’t experiment with anyone else. It is not a «new age» kind of place, if that’s what you are looking for. But it is quiet and convenient and I leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed. (I do wish that they’d add a salt cave, so I wouldn’t have to drive to Naperville… but that isn’t exactly a review, is it?:))

Received a massage and a hot stone massage with Elena and Morgen on two different occasions and loved it all ! Definitely recommend this place to others !
