My experience with Auto Showcase of Carol Steam was great. My wife and I found the exact car we were looking for there. It was priced 1k less than other dealerships were asking. Miles had the car waiting for us when we arrived, and gave us the keys for a test drive. We drove off with our new car in under two hours. This surprised us, as the the last car I bought at a different dealer took 6 plus hours from start to finish. We where offered coffee while we waited for them to finalize the financing through wells fargo. My wife loves her new car. We will definitely look for our next car at Auto Showcase of Carol Stream. Miles was very informative. We never thought like we were being sold to. A couple days after our purchase I emailed them with a question. Miles responded immediately. Excellent customer service. Thanks again for making our car buying experience so easy and seamless.

I bought the car of my dreams here and Andy made the process go incredibly smooth. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about the car as well as financing it. Will definitely do business with again.

This place is an absolute joke; sales, finance department, management, and their technicians.
I made the mistake of purchasing a 2011 BMW 328i x-​drive. Despite doing extensive research on the vehicle and taking it for a test drive, my fiancé and I discovered several issues with the vehicle the VERY NEXT DAY. Serpentine belt was damaged, oil change hadn’t been done, software updates where never performed, a bent wheel, etc. These were interesting findings being that our sales associate had originally gloated about how all their vehicles are inspected and maintained by their technicians.
Because i lived over 2hrs away, we decided to take the car to a local BMW dealership; especially since it still had the factory warranty. 3 days later… $ 900 worth of repairs were needed on the vehicle in addition to the purchase of a new wheel. LUCKILY, the vehicle was still covered under factory warranty and all repairs were done by BMW CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS. I expressed my disappointment and findings with the original sales associate and management, their response, «just bring it in.» I thought to myself, «Why in the world would i bring my vehicle in to an establishment that is all smoke and mirrors?» NO THANK YOU.
In addition to all the ridiculous needed repairs, the vehicle tow cap piece was missing when i purchased the car and our sales associate promised to have the piece mailed to my home address. 2 weeks pass, no piece. After a quick phone call, the piece was finally mailed to me… BUT IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. I requested that a new piece be mailed to me WITH A COPY OF THE BMW INVOICE, the sales person was extremely displeased with my request of a BMW invoice and become extremely defensive.
I can go on and on about this place because there were several other issues, but do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from a certified pre-​owed BMW dealership not these quack jobs.
Oh and the sales associate? MILES. AVOID.

I bought a 2011 BMW 750li x-​drive from Auto Showcase, Miles was my sales rep., very professional service, I lived in Milwaukee Wi, and have been shopping a clean low miles BMW 750li 2011 – 2012 they were the ones to buy from, car drives like a dream, excellent service, would refer them five star service, talk to Miles, he will take car of you.

This place has an awesome selection of preowned vehicles all in top notch quality. The vehicles range in pricing. I bought a Jeep Wrangler and didn’t have to negotiate– the advertised price was already very good! I was able to get financing on the spot at a very competitive rate also. I still bring it back here for routine maintenance at their service center. I refer all my friends and family. Definitely a great place to feel at home and shop for a car at!

Finally got a around to write this review and I am glad that I am doing it because this place definitely deserves one. Bought my first BMW X5 4.8 and thanks to a sales man Jack Delanovic for making it happen. Found this car on
made a phone call Jack picked up he was able to take all my info over the phone and have my credit preapproved, when I came in car was already pulled up and ready for me to take it for a test drive. Jack was very professional and he was able to answer all my questions and not pushy at all and that is what made it very easy for me to go with it. This place seems very professional and family oriented and I will definitely recommended to anyone out there and I will definitely come back again when I am ready to upgrade. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS!!! I purchased a 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged from them. I’ve had engine problems with the car since I’ve gotten it. Turns out the problem is actually a bad head gasket and the total repairs are close to $ 6,000. I called in and they chose to not fix the problem that was going on with the truck. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!

I am writing a review as a person who has actually purchased a vehicle from Auto Showcase of Carol Stream. This company has an amazing selection of cars. Everyone seems to be hand picked for uniqueness, quality and style. That is why we ended up purchasing our car from them through my Dads dealer back home, it was the only car like it in the Midwest with the packages we wanted and a clean carfax. I was concerned reading the negative reviews on Unilocal because I am an avid internet user and a conscientious consumer. When I read the positive reviews on
and found they were better business bureau accredited I decided to take a chance. Since I live in Chicago I picked the car up myself. Upon driving up I realized this is not one of those cut rate used car places. It was really big and had a huge selection of cars as well as a service center. When we arrives the car was waiting in the front driveway, it was pristine. The dealership was kind of a Faux Rococo with a columns, fountain and everything, McMansion style. It was a little over the top but quaint. Andy greeted us and we looked the car over. Everyone was very professional yet Midwest hospitable. We drove off the lot extremely happy. But what really made this company A1 in my book is what happened a couple days later. I noticed the next day that there was a piece of rubber dangling from under the car by the rear wheel. I emailed Andy and he suggested I bring it by. Since my Dad technically purchased the car through a dealer in Missouri Auto Showcase really had no obligation to do anything for me. Long story short I took it in yesterday and they fixed it with a smile. That is why I am writing this review. This company not only reputable and professional but in my case they will also go the extra mile to take care of you.

Stopped by to look at a truck they had listed on eBay. Miles, the salesman, went above and beyond to show me the truck even though they were closing. Agreed on a fair price and was driving home in my new truck in less than 15 minutes. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Called ahead to test drive a BMW M5. Car wasn’t ready when I arrived, but the salesperson was very responsive to get it ready for me to test drive.
The car was clean, and in really good shape. Drove as expected. A really nice car!
Sales manager was professional and courteous upon return. No pressure, asked how I liked it, and if there was anything they could help me with. I felt very comfortable there. VERY nice selection of cars.
i would have rated them 4 stars if they would have had the car ready for me to test drive.

Sorry! Sent email early Friday morning 10÷12÷12 requesting information on a vehicle, I had definite interest to purchase. NO REPLY! Called early afternoon for same info and spoke with salesperson who said he would call back. NO REPLY! Called again today Sat ¹⁰⁄₁₃ when dealership opened, because of NO PEPLY x2 and on hold for 10 minutes, Salesman came on phone, CAR SOLD LAST NIGHT! Customer service is atrocious. The (1) star is for the Receptionist who actually answered the phone!

I’m very happy with this place. Their car selection is outstanding. No beaters here. Low miles and in great shape. Pricing is reasonable. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

A little far from the city and other dealerships (for inspections), but they had what I wanted and were very easy to do business with. They handled all the paperwork cleanly and quickly, they were very responsive to e-​mails and calls, and in general it was a great experience. They do employ the usual sales strategies (ask the manager, that’s less than we paid for it, etc…) but we were able to come to a fair agreement very quickly. I actually felt less pressured to go out of my features or price-​range than I did at the branded dealers I’d worked with. I will definitely revisit Auto Showcase when I’m car shopping again.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING A CAR FROM THEM! Better yet don’t waste your time LOOKING at cars. Worst Service EVER possible all the way to the highest level. I can speak to it because I was unfortunate enough to BUY a car from them. One of the WORST decisions I ever made. The sales people there truly define the stereotypical imagine of a car salesman as greedy people who are not only rude but WILL NOT help you when you truly need their help in a dire situation. There is not enough room to expand on the situation. Other than my recommendation to you to NOT fall for their ways and buy a car from them. I truly wish we had just driven off and went to the LEXUS DEALERSHIP, WOODFIELD instead and bought our car from them instead. Our other Lexus was from the woodfield location. So go there instead VERY VERY reliable people there even AFTER you buy the car from them.
