CB’s Pizza and Grill has been a staple in Tahoe for over 20 years! With a few changes in ownership and management over the years the vision for CB’s has kept to its roots.
Tahoe local and world traveled chef, Callie GilanFarr, has taken over in 2015 to bring more variety and specials to the menu.

Callie G.
Manager
Callie was born and raised in Tahoe and took her first job at CB’s Pizza & Grill in 2003. After a few years of working as a waitress and a cook Callie left CB’s to pursue her love for cooking. She graduated from La Codon Bleu in 2007 and traveled for 2 years cooking through Italy. Her world travels and experience in several fine dining restaurants throughout the area inspire her daily specials and overall management for CB’s.
