I ran a successful painting company for over 10 years, managing up to four crews and painting homes in and around the Seattle/​Eastside area. However, in 2009 I changed directions and began providing my services to a property management company as their Maintenance Repair Technician later serving as their Maintenance Coordinator. After doing this for several years I realized I wanted to be back in business for myself and founded «One Source Solutions» as a compilation of both my painting skills, my handyman skills and my maintenance management skills to provide a «A Stop Shop» for all your contracting needs. I can manage any home project, providing painting or handyman skills, or overseeing other contractors you may need to get your projects done in a timely and professional manner.
