The Terrace at Fair Oaks

i can not stress it enough do not move here its a scam I lived there for many many years we got new owners and a new manager who was so unprofessional are first one was fired the 2^nd one name Sarah I think still works there today and her husband for the maintenance was so lazy its a shame .on this property was camera but they didn’t work the owners continue to raise the rent up .yet fools desperate to find a place continue to move here the pipes continue to burst every 3months do to cheap pluming .they have no security on this apartment who ever bought this apartment was in it for money. because this women is horrible my last 2years since she has been working she had stop coming in on time to only working 1 hour then going home talking trash about the tenants allowing people to smoke weed on the property to charging you after u leave for minor things needing to be cleaned its really obvious that the owners do not care do these people would have been fired from day one. DONT move here its not worth it you will find better owners and management everyone owners maintenance guy and management is beyond fake if I could give this place a zero on review I would.

They lie about what you get in the lease, when its time to get money from you, the management is so fake friendly, but once you pay your part, their attitude changes immediately. Rude, unprofessional. Complex has broken water pipes all the time. 2^nd one in the past 2 months. I pay my rent on time but management has hee favorites. Shady men hanging around the complexes right in front of ppls front doors. Ghetto. Find somewhere else. You can do better.
