Specialties
The Art Lab specializes in art education, small class sizes and fantastic introductory and advanced classes in a variety of medias. We also have adult and children’s parties; we like to work with you to have memorable and creative events.
History
Established in 2012.
Maren Bell, an artist and teacher at a parochial school in Indianapolis opened The Art Lab in March 2012 to provide art education to adults and children in the community. Maren received her BFA from Miami University of Ohio and MFA from Tufts University and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Teaching Art in the community has been a long time passion and pleasure.
Maren’s art work is exhibited at the Art Lab gallery and Editions Limited in Broad Ripple IN. Maren’s paintings are layered botanical and natural arrangements.
