Hosting off-​site meetings for companies and organizations. This is a highly flexible space for groups from 2 – 30 people. While very creative, the space was also designed for productivity. Massive whiteboards, HD televisions for presentations, plenty of wall space for hanging notes and post-​its and ample parking right outside. We’ll be happy to arrange catering for you, or you can arrange your own.

Our affiliation with Collidea, provides us with a host of professional meeting facilitators and/​or team-​builders if you have a need.

History

Established in 2007.

Suite D is a space designed by the principals at Collidea. It was originally designed to satisfy their own need of hosting creative business meetings that could not be satisfied through renting traditional hotel meeting facilities. Once the facility was opened, they realized that others in the community could benefit from this great venue, so they decided to rent it out when not in use for themselves. Since that time over 100 events have been held in the space including monthly luncheons, annual retreats, strategic planning meetings, focus groups and graduation parties. It has become a favorite venue for many corporations in Indianapolis when they desire «a space that just provides a different perspective»…

Tara is a gifted hostess and works hard to make every client feel like a guest. She is always there to make sure that every aspect of your meeting runs smoothly. She will work with you prior to your meeting to ensure that everything is perfectly arranged, and will be at your disposal throughout your meeting to handle any needs that may arise.
