We have been looking for an alternative for Red Robin two blocks away, and how have we missed this place!!! My burger was great, and unlike the last 3 visits to Red Robin, it was cooked exactly as I requested! Their fries are very good, too. My sister had the breaded pork tenderloin and it was excellent. Now, Indiana is known for this sandwich and we have traveled for an hour and stood in lines for even more just because we hear of a good breaded pork tenderloin… This one was different than anyone’s I have ever had… thicker, juicier, tastier. Fries are good, too. Wait staff was great, too. This place is excellent… just don’t know why the lines were not out the door!(ONLY thing on my wish list??? I wish their terrific list of brews had a companion hand-dipped milkshake for me, a non-brew drinker!)

Quickie Review: Best Stacked Pickle I’ve experienced. As opposed to other Stacked Pickle’s they have always been consistent when I go there. Monday nights are my favorite because of $ 5 burgers. The waitresses I’ve had have also been very friendly.

Stopped by for lunch. It was pretty good. I was thrown off Bc I thought it was a cold sandwich shop. I got the firecracker shrimp wedge salad. It was huge! Other than that it looked like normal pub food. My husband got the soup n salad and he loved the potato bacon soup. Service was great and it is super clean.

First thing, four of us tried to order beers and three of the beers ordered off the menu weren’t available. Then while waiting for the beers, we overheard the waiters discussing spitting in someone’s food! The atmosphere was uninviting so we left before we ordered food. And we were charged for an additional beer we never even ordered. Not a fan.

Great place! Wonderful servers, excellent prices, good beer selection, great for families or date nights! Big screen tv’s with separate bar area! Very accommodating for your night out, big parties or small group.

waitstaff was very slow. We were in here on a Sunday afternoon, no big football game going on or anything, not too many people, so it wasnt like they were understaffed. Our waitress kept walking over to her, I assumed boyfriend, at the bar and kissing and eating food together. She was polite, when she was around, but was not near our table. The food was typical fair. I had a club, it’s big and has all the good stuff on it, no complaints there, we also had fried pickles, they were pretty good and they are the chip style, which I like, and they come with a chipolte ranch style sauce.

Food was good but the service was just so-so. That can ruin an experience and make me not want to go back. I would give this place another try. Prices seem in the normal range for a burger.

Food was good! No matter what i get it tastes good and i go back often. Presentation is pretty important to me(lol) and the food all looked really nicely placed and appetizing. Our waitress was very nice, and even got someone to change the tvs to a different game for us. I will definitely be coming back here!

Food was really good. Burger was very tasty. Nachos were good but not stacked, very little toppings but average. Beer was cheap but cold. Fried pickle chips were great as well. Our waitress was not nice and obviously didn’t want to be at work. Multiple tv’s and kids welcome. We will go back and hope for a different waitress.

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. Didn’t have high expectations and it slightly exceeded my moderate expectations! Wife got the fried buffalo chicken sandwich and I got the pork tenderloin sandwich both were good and the beer battered fries had some nice flavor. We also got the fried pickles to start with, we love fried pickles! The portion was very large but they definitely could have been crispier. Overall we were satisfied but didn’t have super high expectations to start. It is what it is and it’s ok!

I just read through the bad reviews on this page and quite frankly, I have a hard time believing they’re referring to the same establishment. I’ve been to this location twice now and both times my party was treated like royalty. Management even came to our table last night to do a shot with us after his shift was over. Our food arrived as fast as lightning and our drinks were perfect. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve said this before… I’m an easy guy to please. Give me at least half an effort and I’ll give you the benefit of a doubt. Sadly, even half an effort seemed to be too much for the Stacked Pickle today. I met an associate for lunch today to discuss an upcoming project. We were meeting at 1130AM to beat the lunch crowd, and I was say squarely in the middle of 4 other tables. The entire restaurant was empty except for these 4 tables. I thought that was a bit odd, but, oh well. My partner arrived, and we ordered our lunch. He ordered his breaded tenderloin sandwich, and, after delivered, he picked it up with a odd… almost horrified… look on his face. His sandwich was delivered with a bite out of it. Seriously. There was a bite out of his sandwich. My friend is a REALLY nice guy. I would’ve been done right then, but he called our server over, and said«There is a bite out of my sandwich». She kind of shrugged, and said«That must have been some kind of mistake». Really? Then she said something that REALLY took the cake. «Would you like another sandwich»? No apologies, no… well, no nothing. Just kind of a sigh and«would you like another sandwich?» I’m pretty certain ANYONE would like another sandwich, after having had one delivered with a bite out of it. To her credit, she got him another sandwich, and it was fine. I ordered a Bacon and Blue burger, which was supposed to have Blue Cheese and Bacon on it. Instead, I got a burger with tomato and lettuce on it. No blue cheese, no bacon. Just a plain burger, basically. I opted not to say anything, because by then we’d been there longer than anticipated. At the end of our meal, our waitress brought our tab, and no offer, or even an apology for my friend being served a sandwich with a bite out of it. And, I was charged for a bacon and blue burger, and only got a plain burger. I don’t anticipate returning.

Moved it the north side three years ago and not until now have we found the perfect spot. Good food, great service, nice people… feels like home. We love it.

The perfect sports bar. Great people, great service… best burgers in town, try the pulled pork also… no better spot in Indy.

If you’re going to watch sports, then you’ll like the stacked pickle. The foods just meh, their mainstay, the fried pickles were terrible. Today I had the chicken taco salad, I was underwhelmed. The food is o.k. Just don’t expect to be wowed and you’ll be happy.

If you are looking for a neighborhood sports bar, this is the place. I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times, and this place blows them out of the water. The service is good, burgers are excellent, drink specials are cheap, and they even have a patio to enjoy the weather. Will return soon.

I really wanted this restaurant to be a place I could frequent because I live close to it. After giving it four try’s and incurring issues with every visit, I have given up and will look elsewhere for a decent place to have a beer and a sandwich.

Our family tried out this new neighborhood restaurant but left feeling rather disappointed. Though the burgers were very good, there was no atmosphere(unlike the other Carmel location). It looks like they just threw a bunch of tables in there and opened shop. The tables were quite crowded and we were seated near the door, which meant that every time someone came in or out a blast of cold air hit us. The hostess station needs to have its own«space» as well. I have been back since this summer and sat outside on their patio. That was better, but I still say there’s not any ambiance inside the place.

This is actually a pretty cool bar out in the wasteland of suburbia. The wings are way better than the ones you find at Buffalo Wild Wings. And of course there’s the pickles. This is the only restaurant I have ever seen that offers fried pickles in BOTH chip and spear form. There are food/drink specials every night and the Monday night I was there was pretty prime. $ 5 pitchers of generic macrobeer(Miller/Bud) and $ 5 burgers. There are a multitude of TVs, including a very large projection screen, so you will not miss a moment of the big game. There’s a little outdoor patio, but you can’t really see the TVs from outside, and the view is of the street and parking lot. Plus all the smokers hang out there.

I had the fish and chips for dinner and found it very good. Light on the chips but very generous with the fish. Service was very good. The gal was attentive and passed my number one test. The beer delivery test. Had our drinks to us super fast. My only gripe which can’t change is the noise level. Almost as bad as the Friendly Tavern. I’ll try the Cuban sandwich next time the Carmel location has the best I’ve found North of Miami.
