I like that they let you take as many paint chip samples as you want. I seriously left with about 40 to 50, and no one batted an eye.(I was even apologetic, like, «I hope this is OK? I’ll totally put some back if you guys need me to?» And they were like, «Pshh — naw, you’re good.») The girl who helped me didn’t seem too interested in speaking any more than she had to, which was fine by me because I usually just like to scope things out on my own first without a salesperson coming at me. But she was very responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions for her, so that was a plus. We haven’t bought paint here yet, but Sherman-Williams paint comes very highly recommended by a painting contractor that we consulted. In fact, the more I read about interior and exterior paint, it seems that Sherman-Williams is the go-to paint for most contractors.

Excellent customer service. Helped me match 12 year old exterior paint while juggling multiple customers — including bilingual(Spanish) interaction as needed. Checked the color wth me 3 times to ensure I was happy with the match. I’ll be back!

The staff is inexperienced and they not knowledgable. The fishers location is much better if you are looking for advice. I would not recommend going going to this store!

This specific store is very friendly and efficient. Clean and easy to find items and a large sample board for paint colors. But, they don’t have a ton of items you might need for DIY home painting projects. I was looking for a hard angle roller brush for trim and they didn’t carry it. But the location is great and their paint is good quality, which is all I need!
