Born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, Brian Southard’s wealth of knowledge in construction best practices has revolutionized the industry and positioned RESTOR as the premier storm damage restoration company nationwide. Brian holds licenses for Home Building, General Contracting, General Construction, and Roofing. Brian is well known as a top-​tier instructor in the construction industry, and prides himself on attracting and training top talent sales, construction and project managers to RESTOR.

Prior to launching RESTOR, Brian Southard launched Abelard Construction in 2000 and previously was a nationwide Sales and Marketing Trainer and excelled to one of the Top Sales and Project Managers in the nation, with a record-​breaking $ 15 million in completed projects in 4 years.

Southard worked with a variety of clients including Bob Gary, Chairman of All State Insurance, and the Wrigley Family. Brian graduated with honors from the Virginia Military Institute, earning a Bachelor of Science.
