Rejuve Salon Spa

I had a 90 minute facial with Lauren. She did a great job at extractions! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. She also took time to explain what she was doing and the purpose.
She made suggestions on products and gave me some samples to try before making a commitment. I look forward to my followup in 6 weeks! I love Aveda Products, and I look forward to purchasing the retail sizes of some of the samples I was given.

Waxing is never fun and synonymous with torture but honestly, I have never had a more comfortable experience!

Best hair cut experience ever! Lindsey was so pleasant and informative. My hair looks great and I feel relaxed.

Wilson is great at coloring my hair! Sometimes I have him color it purple, and sometimes white-​blond. I always love it and look forward to my appointments. I’m always offered a drink (I get coffee with sweet cream) when I come in, and I’m also offered a mini facial or hand massage after my hair is colored. Great service!

Follow up. Marcie responded promptly, was very apologetic and made every effort to remedy the situation. I am rescheduled and happy.
It’s nice to know you can make an appointment a week in advance, receive 3 confirmation text messages from the salon, confirm appointment by text, rush to arrive on time for appointment only to be told that we don’t have you in our system for any appointment. Maybe you should go back to paper scheduling.

It always irks me when 1) I leave a personal service acquaintance, or 2) they leave me, or place of business, without any heads up or follow-​up. Cie La Vie. Such is the shallowness of the relationships in this business I suppose.
A good haircut, and banter during the process, and a comfortable environment is all we ask for and consistently Rejuve delivers.
Been with them now about 3 years. Stay tuned.

I went in for a simple cut and balayage… and left looking worse than when I came in! Wilson was super nice but couldn’t correctly apply color to save his life… my color goes from dark to light to dark again. Then his haircut was terrible… After I talked to multiple people… I realized I didn’t want any of the ‘stylists’ in this salon touching my hair ever again. The head stylist states that balayage is an artistic interpretation of hair color… or could it be that the ‘stylists’ aren’t trained well and don’t know how to do their job? I got a refund minus product, haircut and style… when asked why… she stated why should we be in the negative? Um train your ‘stylists’ and then you wouldn’t have to be in the negative. Overall… there are many places to get your hair done in Indiana and this isn’t the place where you want to get your hair done if you want to leave looking good!

Great staff and Amazing Stylist. It’s hard to find someone that takes their time with a mens haircut. Most of them just want to get the clippers out and buzz away. I had Lindsey cut my hair and she did a great job. I even showed up late, which I know put her behind. She still took the time to do a truly professional job. I would Highly recommend Lindsey and the Rejuve spa.

I typically love Aveda salons but this one had me in tears. The staff was very friendly but i actually received ‘Great Clips’ service or worse at Aveda price. I usually leave an Aveda salon feeling pampered and thrilled with the way my hair feels/​looks. i knew as soon as the lady started drying my hair that it just didnt feel right. I had to ask her if she would straighten it and that usually seems to happen automatically with cut/​color/​highlight. she said she could but thrn i felt wet patches and asked her to finish drying before she straightened. The back of my hair is chopped and the sides do not have a just out of the salon, sleek feel. The color and highlights are BAD… it looks like she streaked gray thru it (and some orangish tint) and i feel it ages my look maybe 15 years… I did find out this particular stylist is only there every other Monday and Tuesday evening… maybe the full time employees are better but its too late for me :(

I decided to check out Rejuve for two reasons: its within walking distance of my office and Unilocal reviews were favorable.
I booked an appointment on a Tuesday morning for 11am Wednesday. I was able to get in and their website was easy to use! The woman at the reception desk was very pleasant and gave me some water to drink while I waited. Another woman, Heather, came out to greet me as well as give me a brief tour of their products and services. I must say — the seating area and salon are both very clean and inviting!
My stylist, Stephanie Baker, was just awesome. I just don’t know how else to put it. She was super friendly throughout the entire appointment. I typically don’t go to high-​end salons but that has changed. No more Great Clips for me! Aveda products are made in the USA with plant-​based ingredients. Stephanie and Heather also shared a lot of neat information with me regarding the work Aveda has done around the world to empower women.

I’ve moved away from using harsh chemicals/​petrochemicals in my hair/​makeup/​lotion products so its refreshing to see a product line that I can truly use and support.
Stephanie did a great job washing my hair — and the scalp massage was great. She also told me that Aveda offers complimentary hand massages and facials. Unfortunately I had to return to work so a facial wasn’t possible but I did get a hand massage while a warm towel was wrapped around my hair. What a pleasant experience and the lotions she used are amazing … the appointment was 4 hours ago and my skin looks and feels amazing still :)
We proceeded to start the haircut and she asked what I wanted and listened /​gave me some great suggestions. She did such a fantastic job — I love the way my hair looks and feels. She’s also a great saleswoman because I ended up buying a couple of products before leaving :)
I, without a doubt, will continue to come here!

I just moved here from Phoenix, and found this salon on Unilocal.Glad I did. I still miss my hair lady back in Phx but it was so nice to find a new stylist on the first try. I saw Aleah, she did a very good job, listened to my color needs and made suggestions. Color and cut turned out well. The best thing is that you get a scalp massage, hand massage and mini facial with you cut and color. And the overall price was really reasonable! I’ll be back for sure :)

Irresponsible staff and non– existent customer service.
I had an appointment scheduled more than a week in advance for December 4^th at 9:30. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, checked in at the front desk with the receptionist, and then waited 20 minutes. At 9:40, the receptionist informed me that the stylist called in sick and they couldn’t get me rescheduled until later that day.
First problem with this is the irresponsibility of the stylist to call in sick AFTER the scheduled time of her first client. Whether she was actually ill or not, I don’t care. This appointment was scheduled in advance on the specific date and time for a reason. Apparently I don’t have a job, or a family, or any other responsibilities and I can just sit around waiting for the next available appointment.
Second problem is that they made NO EFFORT whatsoever to accommodate me for my scheduled time. No apology from the salon manager. No follow up from the salon manager. No customer service at all.
I’m a loyal AVEDA customer and am seriously appalled that I was treated this way at an AVEDA salon. I will certainly never give my business to this specific salon and I’ll do by best to ensure everyone I know does the same.
Shame on this entire establishment for staffing irresponsible stylists and for their obvious disregard of their clients’ time.

Clean, updated atmosphere without being pretentious. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and skilled stylists. They use Aveda products, and they will give you information about the products they used on you, but they don’t pressure you into buying them. Good location with ample parking. Prices are on par with most other Aveda salons in the area. It’s generally easy to get a somewhat last minute appointment here… No such thing as waiting weeks to get in. Ask for Eric G.

Such a great place! I scheduled an appointment with a little concern because I wasn’t sure if they could work with African American hair. Well I’m, quite happy and expect Kaitlyn C. to get even better with my hair style.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly ~ very neat and clean environment ~ Great Business and looking forward to a long relationship!

A salon is only as good as the stylists who work there and although I haven’t been to Rejuve AVEDA Salon Spa, I have had several positive experiences with Kaitlyn, a new stylist at the salon. I worked with Kaitlyn for about a year at the salon she worked at in Arizona, so when I got married I knew just who I wanted to style my bridal party’s hair — Kaitlyn! Due to time restrictions, she was not able to style all of my bridesmaids, but the ones that she styled definitely looked the BEST. She has a particular talent for special occasion styling and blowouts.
As a fellow hair stylist, I can attest to the attributes that make Kaitlyn a fantastic stylist: she is creative, precise, passionate about education and constantly seeking out opportunities to learn and improve her skill, and on top of her technical ability when it comes to cutting, color and styling, she is also extremely hospitable, friendly and fun to talk with.
If you haven’t had the opportunity to get an appointment with Kaitlyn, I would highly recommend scheduling your next cut, color or special occasion style with her! Her clients in Arizona definitely miss her.

The place is a lil on the pricey side. I paid $ 280 plus tip for my haircut, root touch up and partial highlights. They added free services like hot stone foot soak while I was getting my hair done and a mini hot facial while they were rinsing my hair. It’s an Aveda concept salon so I really like their products.

Swimming in a sea of mediocraity the services that I thought intially to be a cut above the rest were sorely lacking when surprising my wife with a message.
The salon services are decent and service warm.
Upon meeting the estitian my wife encountered a cold and distant individual that seemed to be elsewhere.
They took my wife back to a back room that was open and you could hear the murmur of the rest of the salon. My wife found it less than relaxing. In fact, she was more stressed out when she left than when she went in.
Today my wife explained to me the differences between a salon spa and a day spa.
**Haircut Update: Initially I thought it was a great cut until it grew out and I could see the uneven cut that was in the back.

Got an express manicure and a shampoo/​style before a wedding. The manicure was very sloppy, with some obvious flaws (even with the neutral color I chose). I didn’t notice until I was paying, and it just sent me into a fit of giggles that had been building up during the styling.
The style was okay, it’s just, the frizz! Bullshit it will ‘settle down’. It was comical! It settled down when I got back to my hotel room and put some anti-​frizz goo on it.
I guess I was just expecting more. Such is life.
I checked-​in to activate the 20% off deal, and they took it off the less expensive service. Just so you know what to expect.

I used to go to another salon on the N side, but my stylist (whom I love) is A) very hard to get into and B) about 25 minutes farther than I really want to drive for a hair cut. Is this lazy, sure, but I live in a very upscale area of Indy and I don’t see the point in trekking to the N side when I have a perfectly fabulous salon around the corner.
I have seen Greg twice and plan to go back soon! At first I went for just a cut b/​c I was nervous to try something new, and he did a fantastic job on my long, thick hair. A great balance of taking off the dead ends and shaping it around my round face. I have a LOT of hair so it’s important to also thin it out which he did a great job of. :)
The 2^nd time I went, he colored my hair for a bit of summer fun and taught me about «breaking my base» which helps keep my color longer and is a root treatment that I can get for $ 50 instead of chalking up $ 200 for every appointment.
Color + cut + blow dry was $ 200 (in my opinion average for this area) and for cut only = $ 45 which I think is a steal!
Greg is very hands on, fun and chatty. :) I also love that all Aveda stylists give you head and shoulder massages, offer you wine while you get your hair cut and a relaxing lavender bath for your feet while you are under the dryer… awww, does not get better than that! I love going to the salon and Rejuve is no exception.
I highly recommend Greg and the Aveda products offered. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a great salon in an easily accessible area just off of Michigan Road on the NW side of Indy.
