The husband and wife (presumably) that owns Premier Cleaners is what keeps me coming back and recommending it to friends. It’s like the Cheers of Dry Cleaning because they know my name and number by memory.
I’d absolutely recommend Premier Cleaners over chain dry cleaning spots in Carmel. Quick turnaround as most items are available within 24 hours.
Don’t bother with their mailer coupons as all items are always 30% off so it’s a little like Bed Bath and Beyond — it’s a discount, but not really a discount. I see you, Premier Cleaners.

I have been going here for years now. This is the best experience in dry cleaning. I tried so many place until I found Premier Cleaners. Never messed up a piece of clothing, polite, and great customer service.

I go out of my way to bring my clothes to Premier Cleaners. Carmel Cleaners on Main Street is more convenient for me, but I had a couple of bad experiences there. At Premier Cleaners the service is friendly, well priced and truly excellent. Recently I dropped off a couple of suits and shirts. They were set for pick-​up on Wednesday evening. I found out my husband’s travel plans had changed & called to see if the clothes could be finished sooner. Not only did they say no problem, they also called to let me know the clothes were located and when they would be ready. I can only imagine what a pain it must have been to search for the clothes. They did it happily. Great customer service!
