Kenny’s Carpet One

I will go to Kenny’s Carpet One in Carmel for any flooring that I will ever need. Kenny, the owner is an honest business man who values every one of his customers. He stands behind his products and installations for their lifetime. His installers are neat, courteous, and professional. I will highly recommend Kenny’s to anyone who ever asks for a recommendation of a flooring merchant. Kenny has a lifetime customer in me.

The first time I used Kenny was in 2012 when my husband and I bought our first house. The hardwood floors all needed to be refinished. Kenny came over within two days, provided a fair quote, and had it done within two weeks. We had one issue in the dining room with some swirls in the finish and Kenny had his guys back the next day to fix it. I was very pleased with the work.
The second time I used Kenny’s was in 2013 when I was 8 months pregnant and in desperate need of help with my master bathroom. My husband and I decided to tear down our old bathroom, but it was a hasty decision with no plan of attack that left us with a gutted bathroom and no time to pull everything together. I called Kenny and he came over right away. Not only did he do an amazing job with the tiles, but he helped to guide us through the rest of the process. He laid out each step for us so that we could continue to put all the pieces together and with a lot of hard work I have a gorgeous master bathroom. By the time we were done I felt like Kenny had become part of my family. After this experience I have become a loyal customer.
In addition to the above mentioned work, Kenny has also done woodwork in my dining room and has installed carpets. Each time I have always been satisfied. Every time I walk into the shop with my three kids in tote, I am greeted by Kenny and Ellen like an old friend. I would recommend Kenny to anyone who wants to be part of a family.

I had a brand new floor put in my new «finished basement» and love it. I had old carpet and Kenny recommended that we use thicker pad, and a special type of carpeting. The installers were on time and finished the job in time for my daughters’ parties. Great and easy to work with.
