Established in 1997.

I am a sole practitioner who has been in practice since 1984. I spent my first 13 years concentrating on litigation and insurance defense matters with Coots Henke and Wheeler. i left that firm to start my own practice in 1997. Since then i have been concentrating in the areas of business litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury.

I graduated with a degree in Law and Public Policy from Indiana Univ. in 1981 and graduated with honors from IU Law School in 1984. I was a member of the Law Review at IU. I concentrate in the area of civil litigation and have tried over 50 civil jury trials. I am active in the Indianapolis Bar Association, having served on its Board of Directors in 2007 – 2009. I am married and have 3 children. I have lived in Carmel since 1990.
