Studied film at Sonoma State and UC Santa Cruz. Filmed and produced groundbreaking documentary BALI HIGH in 1980. Travelled extensively worlwide as watercameraman for surfing industry 1983 – 2001. Worked for NFL Films, CBS, ESPN, Warren Miller, and many others. Corporate clients include Mitsubishi Electric, GM, Coldwell Banker. Over 700 weddings since 1992.

I highly suggest Stephen for all your video needs. He is very friendly and professional. We eloped to Carmel, so it was important to capture our special day on video for all our friends and family. Stephen did an amazing job. He has a great eye! I couldn’t be more pleased with the video. He is super speedy, we had our video within a week! Thanks so much Stephen!

I HIGHLY recommend Stephen Spaulding. He was our videographer for our wedding in Carmel Valley in October 2010. He has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with.
In truth, I was initially not interested in having a videographer. I was concerned about having a camera following us and our guests around and what that might be like. My concern was totally unwarranted. Stephen makes a point to stay in the background and you hardly notice he is there.
But when the video arrived… WOW. My wife, my wife’s family, and I were glued to our seats for the entire video. After my father received his copy of the video, he called me excitedly to report that he and my mom had just watched the video two times in a row! It was extremely well done. He captured so many precious moments, large and small, from our day. It is an amazing gift that we will now be able to relive our special day for the rest of our lives. Hire him.

Steve did a great job with our wedding video. He captured some nice moments from our guests and mostly stayed in the background, which was nice since it didn’t interfere with the flow of the wedding. Normally I don’t like the idea of interviewing guests on the video, but when I watched it after the wedding, I was so glad he did them because hearing heartfelt comments from our family and friends was wonderful.
