Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience with this company. I’ve used 4 of their locations, too!
Get the tire warranty! It pays off, for sure!

I will never go back to discount tire. It took 5 trips to get 4 wheels installed. When I took it in The car had no issue with out of balance wheels. Now it does.
Good luck getting a competent tech.

Here’s the deal. Discount tire company as a whole, is a great company. This particular store is not. Customer service is well below average. I stood in front of the service desk for 15 min before anybody said a word to me. They charged me for warranties without telling me. They nickel and dime customers. Go somewhere else. Don’t learn the hard way.

You’ll be glad you chose Discount Tire. I first went there to have a tire repaired and they ended up doing the job for FREE! My family and I have been going back ever since. Fast, dependable, professional with competitive pricing. No pressure to upsale on things you don’t need. An all around great experience every time.

This place is awesome. The service staff and management is very friendly and helpful. I always make an appointment and they have me in and out in less than an hour. Is it weird that I like seeing a woman service employee in their garage? Anyway, I do. Great, clean waiting area with coffee and water. Highly recommend!

Had my Horse trailer tires replaced. Service man was courteous and helpful. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Gave military discount too. Free water while you wait. Would recommend them highly. They didn’t try to sell me for new tires but recommended I only change out two.

Was told about discount tire from another auto body shop. Made an appt for four new tires and told them I would be coming with my two kids, so hopefully it would be a quick appt. We got there and they took care of us in less than half an hour. They were very nice and got me a great price on a set of Yokahama tires. I will definitely revisit this establishment for my cars.

Jon really helped me out in a pinch to get tires in the next day for a trailer. He was no hassle the whole time even 45 minutes before my appointment when I wasn’t sure if the tires would work. Whoever is his boss should commend him.
Other than that just make sure you ask about tire weight/​load ratings especially for trailers

I would give zero stars if possible. I am waiting for my car at the shop and I had a scheduled appointment. They screwed up and after more than an hour they finally got to my car. People came and went while I waited and my car was still not in. All they did was offer a shitty sort of apology. I need new tires soon but I will never go here!

I have been a discount tire customer for over twelve years. They always have superior customer service, take care of any issues you run into, usually for free. I had one incident the last time I visited when I purchased two sets of tires, but they were extremely apologetic, offered to come to me to help get the spare on and went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with an excellent experience.

Always a great experience here. Tire was leaking so brought it in. They found screw & are repairing. Didn’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need & let me know I’d be due for new tires next spring. Friendly, courteous staff.

OK tire place in rural Westfield…
I had bought a used car which had really loud and winter-​unready «racing» tires and was really eager to get rid of them. This location fixed me up with a much more cruiser-​friendly set of tires that were quieter and much better in snow.
Service was good, as was the waiting area.

I had my 4 wheels and tires replaced here a while ago. Back then I was impressed by their efficiency and service. Yesterday I got a big nail in a tire and brought the car in. They quickly plugged the hole and checked the pressure in all 4 tires, all without costing me a dime.
These guys certainly will get all my future business when it comes to wheels and tires.

Discount Tire is one of those business that earned my trust and loyalty. I have been coming here for tire purchases for several years now. Not only do they have competitive prices on tires and wheels, they work quickly and do the job well. If that’s not enough — for the tires you purchase here, you get lifetime free rotation and balancing.
And my most recent experience, which prompted me to write this review, was an additional nice surprise. I had a flat tire last night. I made an online appointment — they checked out the tire, and fixed it for free!

I recently built a home in a new neighborhood, so lots of construction and construction debris like nails and screws. I have had multiple punctures over the last year and every time I take my car to them they squeeze me in very quickly and get the hole plugged and send me on my way at a great low price, and the car has manufacturer tires not ones bought from Discount Tire. I have bought tires there in the past and have always been happy with them, and when I need new tires at some point, I will again buy them at Tire Barn.

When it comes to anything even remotely car related… engines, tires, mufflers, whatever, I’m totally inept. I’m not even CLOSE to being ept. (Major kudos to anyone who gets that reference!!) Therefore, I’m always ill at ease when entering some kind of repair shop.
The folks at Discount Tire seem to be accustomed to dealing with folks like myself. I’ve used them for the last several years when I have tire needs, and I’ve never been disappointed. When I ask them what makes one tire more expensive than others, they patiently explain it in a way that even I can understand. On top of that, if I tell them I need to have something done as cheaply as possible, they always go out of their way to make that happen.
The staff is friendly and I’ve never had a long wait after making an appointment. I highly recommend Discount Tire.
