Del Monte Fine Art is a purveyor of museum quality Early California and American Scene paintings. We have been a destination for collectors and admirers of Early California Impressionism since our inception.
History
Established in 2010.
Our name was derived from the original Del Monte Art Gallery located in the Hotel Del Monte built in 1880. The hotel burned twice; first in 1887 and again in 1924. This was the original gallery dedicated exclusively to showing works of the Early California artists.
