Founded in 1999, Regency Construction Co., Inc. of Carmel Valley, California is a fully licensed and bonded firm with experience in residential and commercial construction, remodeling and repair. With over 600 clients, Regency is known for its ability to devise custom solutions for all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to finish installations.

Regency Construction Co., Inc. is owned by Tim Scherer, a graduate of Washington State University with more than 35 years of construction and design experience. Prior to joining Regency, he worked for Swanson, Dean and Diawoo, a large construction firm in Seattle.
