Me too Salon

Fantastic salon! The owner Cheryl was lovely and accommodating. I was traveling from out of town, and called to see if I could get an appointment for a blow dry on short notice. Cheryl fit me in the next morning as I had requested. She does great work and is a pleasure to talk to. She also offers very fair prices as well. I had called other salons in the area and was astonished by what they were charging for a simple blow dry (my hair is medium length and in really good condition). Those other salons were much pricier than the ones in L.A. Cheryl’s prices were very fair (comparable to L.A. prices) and she gave me a great blow dry. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Carmel! Highly recommend!

Cheryl performed hairstyling services for a number of guests at a wedding that I was planning. The guests loved her and highly recommended her. The planning process went extremely smoothly too and she was responsive when I had questions for her. Happy guests, happy me. Yay. I will definitely look to use her in the future!

I am in town for an event and scheduled an 8:00 appointment to get a blow out and curl. Cheryl was so kind to schedule me early before the shop opened, unfortunately she did not show up. No call or email letting me know if any changes. Thankfully I was able to find another salon to take me last minute.

I was in Carmel last week for vacation and desperate for a haircut. I called the salon and Cheryl was nice enough to schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience– in fact, she opened the salon early to accommodate me. She clearly values her customers. My cut turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for; it was great experience overall. She was even recommended places my friends and I should check out while in town. (And they were some of our favorite stops on the trip!)

Cheryl styled my hair for my engagement photo shoot and it was fabulous! She understood what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got. She was sweet and inviting and the salon is gorgeous! I felt right at home.

She has a cute room (has A very Cottagesk) feel. she does it all, mani, pedi’s, gel, acrylic’s, paraffin. The designs she can do are Endless. I went with a 4^th of July theme.

I love getting my haircut by Courtney! She knows how to cut curly long hair in to healthy layers. She also blew my hair straight beautifully! Either way I wear my hair the cut is always perfect!

Alright, this lady is seriously so talented, it’s insane. I drove from Roseville to Carmel for the day, just to get my hair done by Courtney, simply because I do not want to go to anyone else. Anyone can cut short hair, but Courtney really knows how to make it special. I had cut my own bangs with a beanie on a few weeks back, just sort of butchering them because I was in a hurry and they were laying weird. She gave me a style that blended my quickie bang trim into a much softer, feminine look.
This salon location is easy to find, right behind a little store called Knapps. The salon itself is very cute and quaint. There was only one other stylist at the time but it seemed very clean and quieter than the last salon she worked at. Courtney has been doing my hair for about a year, off and on between a couple other stylists. But I think I am ready to commit to her as my one and only hair stylist!

I booked a blowout with Cheryl, the owner of Me Too Salon for a special event last Saturday night. I have very, fine straight hair and I wanted some body and pizzazz for the evening. I am a Carmel local and I was delighted that she could accomodate me at short notice. Well, not only is she kind, but she is very skilled. I ended up with the most beautiful Renaissance style do that exceeded my expectations! She even gave me a ride home so that my hair wouldn’t get messed up walking back to my house. That is true customer service. My hair held through the entire evening from 4:00pm until I went to bed at 1:00am! She has earned my trust and I will be back for more blowouts! I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Courtney for quite a few months now and let me just say I’m so glad I found her! She is by far one of the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to and I consider myself to be extremely picky! I like her so much I even followed her from Oya to Me Too Salon. She listens attentively, is very creative and experienced. She can not only give you a great haircut, but she gives you a cut that complements your hair’s natural movement. She gives awesome short cuts, too, very edgy and cute. If you ever thought about getting a pixie cut, go to Courtney, you WON’T be disappointed! I thought I never had the face for short hair but Courtney proved me wrong. I love my super short hair and will probably keep it short for a long, long time. It’s so easy to style and I’m always getting compliments on my hair. A good hair stylist is hard to find and I’m so glad I found Courtney!

Courtney has been cutting my hair for a year and a half now. I always dreaded getting my hair cut because I never knew how it would turn out. but every time Courtney cuts my hair, it looks good the day of, and until my next cut. She is very talented, and an extremely sweet girl on top of her amazing talent.

She has been cutting my hair for the last few years. I found her when I was visiting my family up in Santa Cruz. My mom, dad and sister get their haircut by Courtney and I am now a faithful client as well. I live in Los Angeles, and make the trip up to get my hair done by Courtney, when you find someone you trust, you can’t let them go! She saved me from a terrible haircut that someone else gave me a couple years ago. She is so thorough and pays amazing attention to the detail of her work. She really takes her time and makes sure it is perfect. I have full, thick, wavy, long hair and she does magic to it. She specializes in short haircuts, but trust me, she’s great for long hair too!

My sister’s hair stylist is Sandra at Me Too Salon. She has been going to her for a couple of years and my sister’s hair always looks great. When I was in town visiting family we decided to get haircuts. I was trying to grow out the horrible cut I received months earlier, but I really needed something done because my head was all wonky and weird looking. It was bad that I refused to let anyone come near me with a camera; I did not want evidence of the ugly hair on the internet! Thankfully Sandra was able do some magic and even my hair out. She restored the confidence I had lost after the hair butchering.
The location is a little tricky to get to, so make sure that you know exactly where you are going if you’ve never been there.

I completely destroyed my hair and was in search of an excellent hair stylist who charged reasonable prices. I asked a friend of mine who has absolutely beautiful hair who her hair stylist was. She gave me Sandra Haven’s card and said, «I love Sandra! I keep her cards with me, because everywhere I go, someone asks me who does my hair. I had one woman literally run across the street shouting, „Stop!“ just to ask me who styles my hair. So, now I just carry her cards!»
Sandra is not only a wonderful hair stylist who repaired my hair, she charges such reasonable prices and is such a sweetie! I recommend her to everyone! I now carry her cards with me as I too have been asked who my hair stylist is.
I have referred her to friends who are African American, and they love the way she styles their hair. One of my friends has dreadlocks, and her hair looks so much healthier since she’s been going to Sandra.

The owner, Cheryl, is so nice and there are always beautiful, fresh flowers to admire and old fashion, inspiring music to listen to. The salon is so fresh and inspiring. And there’s always a little treat to savor and a warm cup of tea to enjoy.
I truly dislike going to a salon that has the news or talk shows blasting out of a television. I love to escape the world and be pampered, not have it bombard me during my «me-​time!» Me… Too! Salon helps me to rejuvenate and enrich my soul.

This Salon is where lovely Sandra Havens cuts and styles me… Moving from the Bay Area it is hard to find people and she was recommended by a lady who goes to her… I loved the hair cut and style she gave me and go to her for blowouts flat irons she is the best… Top Notch all the way.

My daughter recently went to a Franchise hair cutting place to have layers cut into her hair the day before her Senior Prom. It was a disaster and needless to say my daughter was quite upset.
Upon a recommendation from a friend, I called Me Too Salon and spoke with the owner, Cheryl. Upon hearing our situation, Cheryl made a special early morning appointment for us, just so my daughter’s hair could be fixed.
Long story short, the cut and style went wonderfully and my daughter was more than pleased with having her hair fixed… the cut was better than what she originally had hoped for from the beginning.
All I can say is THANK YOU, CHERYL, for making me look like the hero to my daughter and getting her hair looking fantastic for an important event in her life.

i had the worst experience. after getting home and the shock settled down i called to tell them i wanted my money back. i went back to get my money back only to have them offer to do my hair for a year for free. why would i want bad hair for a whole year
i suppose i could just wear a hat /​bag over my head or color my hair dark to fix my horrible hair. as for cutting my hair, my 3 ½ year old granddaughter could have done better. absolutely the WORST haircut EVER. cheryl the owner wanted to make it right by her cutting my hair in 6 months to fix it and for the next 6 months & have jon color it so that in a year i would love my hair. HELL NO!
if you love your hair, dont go here because when you leave you wont love it anymore. just saying

I’ve had the Brazillian Blow Out twice with Cheryl. My hair is so amazing after Cheryl gives me a blow out. I was there a few weeks ago and we did a cut, high and lo light, and a blow out. Every day when I do my hair, I walk out of the house feeling confident in how it looks.

Valerie Trask is absolutely AHmazing. I drive 1.5 hours from the bay area, because there is no other stylist that compares to her. Her prices are not only reasonable, but she does the highest quality of work. Everyone in the city complements my highlights. You can always trust Valerie to provide a classy hairstyle. She is so trustworthy and can match any style.
Valerie recently moved to Me Too Salon. Now, I have not only the best hair stylist, but I also have the best salon. It is quaint and serene. Right in downtown Carmel, it has charm, class, and seems like the best kept secret. I highly recommend Valerie at Me Too Salon.

I would like to share great news… I recently moved to Carmel and had to find a new hair salon… not an easy task… I am happy to pass on a wonderful salon «Me…Too» owned by Cheryl Richardson… What a lovely enviornment… I had serious problems from a previous «Try Out» salon… my hair was over bleached and broken off in many spots… I was devastated. Alyce Kallman at the «Me…Too» salon did a fabulous job and I left feeling as if I received an early Christmas present. I can’t say enough good things about Alyce… she cared and she helped. I give the salon a five star rating. FYI the salon is located at mission street & eighth
