I stop at the above location each morning. This location is the only D&D on my way to work. I am starting to think that it may be worth it to take an extra 20 minutes to drive to another location or just pass the D&D and stop at the Starbucks down the road(I hate Starbucks).3 days out of the 5 day work week my order is wrong either resulting in me paying for something I will not drink/eat or resulting in me having to spend extra time in the store. I believe this is due to the employees speaking to each other(in a different language) back and forth stopping for 3 seconds to «listen» to an order. Today I ordered a Med Coffee with no sugar and a «tiny bit of milk.» I wish I could attach the picture that I took of the coffee I received, which seems to contain 3 parts milk to 1 parts coffee resulting in a luke warm cup of milk.(it will be on twitter/fb if you wish to see). Please explain to me why a paying customer who receives 2/5ths of orders correctly should stay a paying customer.
