If you want an unsafe ride in a salvaged vehicle with an unlicensed taxi driver, you have found the place. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Take über instead.

Cant go wrong with west coast cabs! The cabbies are nice and best of all spoke English! Also when i asked for the shortest route to my destination they took it! I know my way around and wanted to see if they where honest, and they where! Thanks West Coast Cabs! Your on my speed dial!

Called for a cab to pick me up at carlsbad poinsettia station to take me to Legoland hotel. It was. 9:45pm, guy on the phone said someone would be there in 15 minutes. At 10:30 pm still no cab. Ended up getting a ride from someone else.

reserved a cab for an early morning pickup to find a cab to no avail. lady on phone was nice and apologized. luckily I gave myself enough time so I wouldn’t miss my flight. west coast cabs… never again.

Called this company when another failed to come get us. It was EXTREMELY late at night and we found their website that said 24/​hr service and they actually were!
Driver was friendly, got to us quickly, and got us to our destination speedily and safely.

Unreliable!
Requested a cab on Saturday evening for a Sunday 4:45 a.m. pickup from Carlsbad to the airport. The taxi never showed up on Sunday morning! I called at 4:50 to inquire about the ETA of the taxi and the person said he’d have to call dispatch to find out. Never received a callback and when I called at 4:55 and 5:00, the call rolled to voicemail. Again, NEVER received a callback.
