Employees were super friendly but they had a lot of trouble ringing me up. She was either new or just incompetent. Also, I wanted to set up a rewards card and for some reason I was handed the phone and had to speak to a woman and answer questions for the application rather than just filling it out with basic email and address. It was super uncomfortable and there was a line behind me. Super awkward. Their rewards program is too complicated.

The only reason why I’m giving this VS location gets 3 stars is because some of their staff is not as bad. Now, the reason they do not get 5 stars is because of this very rude cashier, I had a few rude staff but gave it more tries to see if it improve. This cashier completely ignored me and decides to check out a friend of hers and when it was my turn she gave me an attitude and was very nasty because I only used coupon to get free panties. Probably not going back

VS is still my favorite place to purchase both bras and panties. It’s not only for the style but for quality! This previous year, Victoria Secret has released an extensive line of items — more than ever and it really shows! I love all the colors and choices that are out there right now! This location has been one of my favorites, a plus that it is in an outdoor shopping center — making it something really special on a nice day!
Today’s special was the 7 panties for $ 27 — always a great deal!
Note: Lots of blues, greens, mermaids and palm trees right now…

I am not a fan of this store that literally leaves their «largest» market «hanging». With the ginormous number of bras that they sell they should really offer sizes for ladies who wear cup sizes larger than DDD. The store carries up to DD, the DDD is available online only. That is itself is pretty ridiculous and shows their true colors. Seriously, is it more important to try on larger cups or smaller cups? What gives?
Ok, now for the staff. Why do they hire little barbie dolls with way too much makeup and little personality? I had a return and the cashier had to ask for help 4 times for a single item. She was totally clueless and called on two other employees to help her, not once but twice each. When a cashier is failing and a line forms that should be a cue for more people to come to help. Not here.
So they take the easy market share and ignore the people that need bras most. You might find an itsy bitsy ernie meenie yellow polka dot bikini at VS, but big boobs are not welcome here.
Victoria’s Secret is a big boob free zone.

I have visited this VS location a few times previously, and never had outstanding customer service but decided to go because I had an appointment in the shopping center and just needed to make a quick return after all.
My appointment ended at about 9:30, so I decided to just wait outside until 10 when the stores opened. 10:00 rolled around and there was no sign of anyone opening the store. A little after 10:05, two employees walked up to the store. They unlocked the door and walked in, but instead of opening the store, shut and locked the door, and disappeared. I was very confused, because now it was approaching 10:15 and I still saw no sign of the store opening, even with three of us waiting outside. I decided based on this and my previous experiences at this location that, even after 45 minutes of waiting, I would just save it for my location.
Not much says poor customer service like opening late or closing early with customers outside the doors.

The associates are arrogant and inattentive this place is overrated. theres a service button in the dressing room for assistance that they pay no attention to it so I had to get dressed head out with bras in hand to find my size asked for help sizing associate said someone will be there and never showed I walked out again looking for help to see the store manager chatting with another associate not paying attention to customers needs. I left spent the 150 at Fredrick’s and let everyone know how crappy the service is at Victorias a few people at Fredrick’s agreed! they were busy also one associate ran that store I was giving the service I needed and didn’t overpay! lastly Im not overweight, undersexed or old. just simply average person irritated with service don’t bother going here unless you have time and knowledge to do everything yourself and willing to pay more for less service!

2 blonde women, one by the name of «Shaffer» absolutely disgusting customer service. Never coming back. Sad, because I love Victoria’s secret.

This is an overall rating… Located in the Forum Shops in Carlsbad near The Counter.
Customer service is friendly the majority of the time, and I typically get assistance when I shop.
During this visit, I was in the area waiting for a friend and decided to hit up the first day of the semi-​annual sale.
I was a bit disappointed with the lack of selection. I did find a bra $ 25 (reg. $ 50), a PINK T-​shirt $ 10 (reg. $ 25), and a body splash $ 3 (reg $ 12), but didn’t find any cute underwear/​boyshorts.
Employees were super nice to contact VS for me to obtain my Angels card number as I never carry my card with me. As an Angels member, you accumulate reward points and get special offers.

Absolutely love this store! Has a huge selection and always is clean and organized! Super friendly staff as well!

I popped into this Victoria’s Secret on the way home because I love the shopping center, it’s small and not crowded and more importantly I needed to find a place to properly measure the «girls» and buy myself a couple of new bras.
Bingo! Rosie was great! And the rest of the staff that helped me were friendly and helpful as well. I even got my free box of chocolates & free panty with my purchase. Yay me :)

This update is for the bra fitters. They do not have a clue on how to properly fit a bra. I found out I was wearing the wrong size from Intimacy in Fashion Valley. They just looked at me and knew my size. It’s a talent that the people at VS need to brush up on.
I was in need of a black bra and I came here because I didn’t have the time to drive down to Fashion Valley. First of all this place only goes up to a double D? What the hell? I know that the good ladies of the coastal areas have giant knockers both real and fake. I know some are bigger than a DD.
Aside from that I thought I would try a 36DD in a bra that was stretchy just hoping I could pull it off. When it didn’t fit in the boob area the bra fitter «specialist» lady said I needed to go up a band size for it to fit? huh? That makes no sense. Please tell me how increasing my band size magically makes the cups bigger? Isn’t this what you do for a living? The other bras I used to buy from here pooped out in about 3 months. Me thinks it was because of the poor quality and improper fit.
I will stick to buying PJs and lip gloss from this VS from now on.

Nice store in the Forum. Now we don’t have to drive all the way to Oceanside or La Jolla to go to Victoria Secret. This store is about half the size of the one in the Carlsbad mall so needless to say there isn’t as much selection as that one. But it also isn’t as crowded as the one at the mall. In fact I’ve never had to wait in line too long at this store. The wait staff is always really nice, clean changing rooms and the store is very welcoming.

I would like to thank Victorias Secret for helping my wife keep her 2 wonders of the world off the floor and properly located high on her chest where I have, for SO MANY YEARS, enjoyed their presence.
Apparently, your store stocks the best bra on the market for my wife’s amazing pair of natural wonders of the world. I, as well as many on lookers, appreciate this very much.
