Urban Fresh Delivery

I’ve been getting a farm box every two weeks since October and love it. There’s a great variety each time since they get their fruits and veggies from many surrounding organic farms. I love their emails that let me know what’s coming in my box and I’ve tried a bunch of the recipes they supply and they’re always yummy. My kids get so excited to see what’s inside each time and love trying any new things we haven’t had before. You can also add on things like eggs, flowers, honey, and great breads.

We are Thrilled with our box every 2 weeks! The variety and freshness can’t be beat.
We love the emails with tasty ideas for what is coming the following week too.
The service, quality, and the wonderful emails can’t be beat by anyone.
We had tried another similar service in past but we had to drive to pick up our produce and the produce was not near as fresh and nothing like the variety we now enjoy delivered to our door.

We are so glad that we got a flyer in the mail from Urban Fresh Delivery. The idea of getting CSA fresh organic and locally grown produce straight to our door really sold us. It’s so easy, we just leave out the plastic container from previous week on our doorstep and an awesome box of delicious veggies and fruits shows up in the afternoon. It’s made a huge difference in our diet and out whole family is happier for it. The only minus is that you can’t give an preferences with regard to what you get. I’ve heard that with farmer’s market CSA’s you can typically trade in anything that you don’t want. I’ve heard of other delivery CSA’s that allow you submit preferences based on whats available each week online.

Love this service! We get amazing veggies and fruits delivered to our house– very convenient! You can definitely tell the difference in taste! I’ve been introduced to many different veggies that I had no idea existed– luckily, Urban Fresh also posts recipes. I also love how you can order additional produce that are on special, along with other great things… fresh eggs, honey… We love helping this small business– GREAT customer service!

We have been impressed with both the service and product of this company. We get a box delivered to our door with a wonderful variety of fruit and vegetables. They taste absolutely delicious. It is fun to get new vegetables and fruits that I never tried before. The ladies who run this, care about their business and I have been delighted in their wonderful customer service. So happy about this service — the most beautiful and tasty food shows up on my door step every week. And since this is a service that pulls from many local organic farms, I get a great variety. I had always hesitated on joining a CSA before because I didnt want 7 bunches of kale and a couple onions — but you wouldn’t believe the variety. It constantly surprises us how long everything stays fresh — we have cilantro that looks just bought, and its 3 weeks old! I cant wait for summer fruits and tomatoes!

This is one of those times that I am so thankful for Unilocal because it helps me find wonderful businesses but that I don’t want to Unilocal because I like to keep the best little secrets to myself. The great thing for Urban Fresh is that I am so happy with my first couple of deliveries that I have to share my excitement with the world and I have been with all my friends and colleagues and now Unilocal.I am alternating weeks with the veggie and juice boxes and am delighted with the fresh, diverse, quality and quantity the boxes contain. I also have added on the cage free pastured eggs. I had researched several organic deliveries and even tried one other but I cancelled it once I received my first box from Urban. And one of the best things about this company is that they are local!!! Right down the road… and sale local produce. Yay North County this is a winner!!!

I just signed up with Urban Fresh Delivery and received my first basket of local, fresh, organic goodies! Not only were there flowers and a nice note from the business owners, the fruit and vegetables I received were more than I expected and tasted amazing! Very high quality. The strawberries are the best I have ever had in my life — 10 times better than grocery stores and 5 times better than fruit stand strawberries. I love the whole concept of Urban Fresh Delivery because you’re supporting local business while getting truly unique and amazing products.
