The Tract-​PIE suite of systems is comprised of easy-​to-​use, flexible, well-​supported analysis systems oriented toward specific real estate applications.

The systems generate monthly cash flow projections, before and after loans, with both project and partner IRRs. Tract-​PIE would be used for a project consisting of land development and home building and sales. Land-​PIE would be used by a land developer where lots are developed and sold. Income-​PIE is used to analyze income-​producing projects such as apartments, office/​retail facilities, as well as hotels and mixed-​use projects.
