Location location location is what drew me here at first but we keep coming back because of the great customer service.
It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. Packing and shipping, notary services, passport photos, stamps, office supplies, the list goes on!

Best UPS store! They are so quick and efficient and excellent customer service. Brandy helped me out to send a few packages and something as simple as that, but she went above and beyond to explain how the pricing was for different packages and where it was going. There was a huge line of people waiting and instead of rushing through she gave me the best service and was quick and efficient and made me feel like every customer really counts and not just okay here let me send this and go. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful there and I’ll take the extra drive to come here just so I can see all the friendly faces! More businesses need people like her!

The staff are very nice at this store. I do a ton of business with UPS (almost daily) and this store in particular has very nice staff and very efficient. I prefer UPS to Fedex in general. I feel that they are more organized and they keep track of their packages better. They are more connected with their drivers and seem to get the job done for the most part without issue.

The staff at this store is so great! I’ve had a few printing projects to do here and some big mailing projects and they went out of their way to help! On one occasion I went right before closing and they stayed open to help me out. I rarely leave reviews at places but this place stands out for excellent customer service so I felt compelled to thank them with a good review.

I love this store. And I say this with a grain of salt. Why? The staff is so friendly! What’s better than great customer service? NADA. I’ve only been a handful of times to drop off packages but boy. I could hang out here just for social hour. The guys that work here treat you like family. Always So helpful.

Love this UPS store! The staff is always nice and helpful! I live in Del Mar and kept my mailbox at Carlsbad location cause the staff at the Del Mar Location are rude.

I have been treated poorly by employees at this store on at least 2 occasions. They are rude for no apparent reason, extremely condescending, and very bad at providing customer service in general. Makes me want to avoid UPS all together but I think I will just go to a different location.

THIS STORE IS ONE BIG JOKE!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS UPS!!! THEY DESTOYED MY TV!!! I send a $ 2.500 TV and receive damaged not working TV! Dents all over, not working screen, not working sensor for remote control!!! And they packed my TV!!! Really!!! Now don’t want to give me a refund for my TV!!! Yeah $ 300. 000 what I paid for shipping… Are you serious??? Jeff… The owner… With no last name cuz he refused to tell me his last name… Very rude and mean!!! I’M TELLING YOU!!! DON’T DO IT!!!

This UPS destroyed my Christmas!!! they destroyed my TV and don’t care!!! I send a TV from them and they packed it up and I revived not working useless TV… dents, cracked sensor I couldn’t even turn it on with a remote!!! They don’t want to give me any refund!!! actually they do $ 300 what I paid for shipping!!! TV cost me $ 2.500 and now I have nothing!!! what a joke!!! and the owner Jeff who refused to give me his last name was very rude and mean!!! DONT USE THIS UPS!!!

Not only can these guys always handle whatever I throw at them (figuratively of course) but I always end up several good chuckles deep as well. Everyone here is super laid back but efficient and on top of their game — the essence of San Diego. It’s a UPS store so I’m not sure what else to really say; I have been here at least a half a dozen times though and I can always count on them to get my items property wrapped up and shipped out with safe arrivals. Thanks guys!

I chose to open a P.O. box here because of it’s location to my house. I could not have made a better choice! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and just NICE. If I am expecting something I can mention it and I will get a phone call or an e-​mail when it arrives. I’ve been here for a few years and I will be sad if I ever have to move and change my address!

Exceeded my expectations… Got a document notarized, scanned & emailed, and overnighted quickly. Received emails with the scan, shipping confirmation and tracking number while i was standing there. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Always nice and helpful. I often drop off packages when I’m headed to Ralph’s, RiteAid, Ca or SunnyFresh Cleaners. I do wish they were open later during the week — my other go-​to UPS store in Carmel Valley stays open until 7 pm during the week and is also open on Sundays, which this location is not.

Love this store. Go here weekly to mail packages by UPS or parcel post. They have mailboxes and all kinds of shipping supplies. Plus they have the cutest ever greeting cards, and whenever I send a present I usually end up getting the card here.
But rats, they close at 3.00 on Saturday.

The owners are super nice and helpful. We have a P.O. box there and the owner immediately recognizes me when I walk in the front door and he runs and gets my mail out of my box and hands it to me. That is customer service!
