Business Owner

Phil is the founder of the Property Boutique. With over 20 of Real Estate and mortgage experience, he brings his knowledge and expertise to every deal we close. He was a seven year Presidents Club member at Fieldstone Mortgage Co and was consistently ranked as one of the top Account Executives in the country. In addition to specializing in the buying and selling of homes throughout San Diego county, he brings 5 years experience in short sales, foreclosures, BPO’s and flipping distressed properties. Phil has a BS in Business and Finance from the University of Maryland.
