They picked us up a few weeks ago in a beautiful stretch Escalade. The driver showed up early, the car was clean & stocked with sodas, waters & ice and our driver, Michael was excellent. Very affable gentlemen who was very familiar with the area & knew all the short cuts to get around the traffic. And without the use of a navigator I might add.
A big sigh of relief after being provided with less than satisfactory service from other companies. I would highly recommend them & request Michael to be your driver.

Not getting off to a good start. It is 8:12 and the driver was supposed to arrive at my home at 7:45. No one is returning my texts or answering calls. My flight leaves in 2 ½ hours and I’m traveling with a toddler. Now I’m in a bind to look for alternate transportation.
UPDATE:
Finally got an answer (my husband called) and they claim the driver got into an accident. Will be filing a complaint with BBB.
Mage sure you have alternate arrangements to get to your destination.

I started using Frank at Starlite Transportation 2 years ago when another limo company went «belly up» (with no notification) and left us in the late night lurch. Frank responded to my last minute call for a 4:00 AM pickup the next morning. He and all his drivers have always been prompt, courteous and friendly. Their cars are always clean and fresh. I’ll be using Frank again and expect, as always, to be delighted by his service. I can’t recommend Starlite too highly.

Do not use this company.
I made a reservation with Green Sedan, aka Prime Sedan, Starlight Sedan, and who knows what else. I prepaid round trip. The trip to airport was perfect. The pick up at San Diego airport didn’t occur even though I confirmed twice that day. Turns out this company is from LA and they have limited drivers in SanDiego. That is not disclosed in website. I have filed complaint with my card company for full refund but I still had to pay $ 100 for a cab home.
Do not use Starlight, Prime or Green.

We used Starlite for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend. The service was perfect, beautiful car. Frank was exactly on time to and from the airport. He is great to be with on your drive to wherever you are going, very personable and professional. Cold water and candy in the back are a nice touch. We plan on calling Starlite whnever we need a limo.

I have been using Starlite for about year now after switching from another company out of frustration. The goal for this transportation is good quality cars, on-​time arrivals, and speed. Frank at Starlite delivers on all of this. There is never any drama — he is ALWAYS early, and is always there if flight are late /​delayed. He makes it so easy for me.

Simply put, they are the best! Always on time, always courteous, & always professional. We apprec. the little touches, like cold bottled water when being picked up (air travel is very dehydrating). The fleet cars are relatively new and defin. well maintained. There have been a few times our return flight has been delayed; that’s not a problem — you’ll still be greeted with a smile. As with most popular services, book early if you can. Best value/​serv. for the $$; you won’t be disappointed!
