In January 2012, Scott celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary to Maryjean who helps run the office. Scott is the proud father of two Children.

Magen: who is a student at San Jose State, finishing up her Bachelor Degree in Environment Restoration and Restore.

Clayton: Mira Costa Student and Sports enthusiast: Motor Cycles, Skate Boarding, Sailing, Snow Boarding and Ice Hockey and from age 5 the same year Scott gave him is first Surf Board! He is now shaping boards part-​time in Oceanside.

Scott not only owns and operates Shaw’s Autosport; He is an expert in heavy collision repair and frame straitening! But he is best known for his uncanny ability to color match paint formulas! He is the only Collision Shop in San Diego that still works on his client’s cars and knows every aspect of collision and auto mechanic repair. This is one of the reasons that his estimates and customer service satisfactions out performs the other collision shops!

My Saab was hit in a parking lot near my house while I was getting groceries and when I came out no one was there. No one left a note or anything. Worst day of my life. My insurance recommended me to another shop in Vista but I really didn’t like the guy I talked to. He was rude and I didn’t see why I would pay him to fix my baby if he can’t even take the time of day for me.
A friend recommended me to Shaw’s. She goes to church with the owners and said they are very nice, family people. I took my car to them and I am very happy with the results. The car looks brand new again and they even buffed out some other scratches on my bumper without charging me extra. The other shop I went to said it would a lot of money to fix my car because it is from Sweden. Shaw’s told me it is about the same for any car — they are all metal. I really liked the owner’s wife and would come back. This is a local, family owned business with nice people.

Scott and his shop are fantastic! You won’t believe it — a shop that does excellent work, efficiently, and honestly. Scott and his crew are friendly, professional, and patient — they will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, and look into other issues you notice. I brought in my car after an accident (6÷15÷2013) — Scott handled the unpleasant business of dealing with my insurance company and I just paid him my deductible.
I was concerned about my car being ready by a specific date because I had a road trip planned and Scott finished my car on the exact day he said he would. His lovely wife sent me text message updates throughout the week and reassured me that the car would be ready as promised. I was amazed when I saw my car — he color matched my paint with precision– it looks brand new! I’m a very picky person and I couldn’t believe how perfect his work was — nobody would ever be able to tell this car was in an accident! I drove away in a new car! I hope I don’t have to see him again — but I’ll certainly recommend him to everyone I know! Thanks Scott!

I can’t judge their work because it was too expensive to fix my car. They were friendly with me. My insurance picked up the car at the body shop. The body shop lied to the insurance about how long the car was at their shop, so they would get more money from the insurance for storage. This is fraud. I would never go there again.
