Regus HQ – Pacific Center

I have been leasing space from this location for over two years. I have a very small business and I am only part-​time. Phia has been good to negotiate with me so that I can afford to stay there long term. The front desk staff is AMAZING! They are so good to my clients that come and give them the necessary paper work. It’s nice for my clients to be greeted warmly and have a nice space to wait for there appointment. I am hoping that I can always afford to stay here. The only tough part for me is the mandatory kitchen fee as I don’t use the facilities that the kitchen offers. This is a great location and I appreciate the Regus employees at this site who are so willing to help me whenever I need it.

Businesses BEWARE… Regus plays dirty pool. Read your contract thoroughly, Regus does an AUTOMATIC Lease renewal without even talking to you. Cristi is the Manager and really shouldn’t be. Fia used to be the manager and is even worse (she is now Cristi’s boss). Mandy works at the front desk and is just awful. The only good thing Regus has going for them is Tiana. Regus puts on a good front when they are wooing you to lease an office and then they treat you poorly after that. The turn-​over rate at this facility is unbelievable.
When a company decides to move on, there is no way to forward your mail through the post office because the entire floor is «Suite 300» so Regus charges you $ 700 to hold your mail for pick up for the duration of 3 months. If after 3 months you are still getting mail (which invariably happens) Regus just sends it back without even a quick courtesy email or phone call. Same goes for phone calls… no way to forward through the phone company. Terrible customer relations at this company. DO NOT sign a lease with Regus!

Recently my company held a meeting and it was at this location. I must say that I am blown away by their awesome location and breath-​taking views. Their Pacific Center is located just off the 5 freeway and near the 101 in Carlsbad.
I came a little early to the meeting so I decided to get situated and upon entering I was greeted with smiles and such a warm welcome. The staff at this location were very helpful while our meeting took place here. I also got to use their business lounge while waiting. I met a nice girl named, Cristi, and she gave me a tour of the facilities so that I could be familiar with this location.
While we got settled, the Wifi connection here was really easy to connect to, like seriously, it was like Halloween, just ask please and you got free candy! That’s my type of place! The girls at the front (which I can’t remember their names for the life of me, sorry!) were really fast and printing my documents that I needed.
This building is awesome as well. Nice beautiful three story building and the location!
I always tell people it’s all about location. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a quiet place to touch down and get some work done with use of a friendly staff to assist when needed.

We enjoy the one-​stop-​shop virtual office features, the fresh flavorful brew-​it-​yourself coffee, and the fabulous ocean view from the luxurious conference room. The «cons» are that we can only use an office during business hours, and the staff won’t let us meet in the business lounge, which should be open to all members!
