Chaz and Company did a very good job power washing and cleaning the windows inside and out at my Boss’ 3,500 sq. foot home in Carlsbad. Fair price! On time! No games ! No excuses! Chaz arrived with two helpers (Andrew and Kane), we spoke for 5 minutes and Chaz took it from there forward — it’s so nice to hire a professional to do a job who doesn’t need to be watched, checked or baby-​sat.
If you need your windows washed, do your self a favor and hire Platinum View Window Cleaning! I will use Platinum again in the future.

Great job and a fair price! These guys just swooped in on my house and in less than 2 hours had all the very dirty screens and windows beautifully cleaned. My new go to guys for windows. Very professional and efficient!

Chasz and Andrew just left. They worked fast and very efficiently. The windows are SO CLEAN that it looks like there is nothing between the inside of my house and the outside. They cleaned all the screens and tracks — in addition to the inside and outside of all my windows. I can’t stop walking around my house and looking out the windows. I will definitely have them back again!

Been using Chaz for over 5 years now and WILL NEVER use another window cleaning company. Chaz is the only contractor I trust enough to give our gate code to and he and his crew will always (let me repeat) WILL ALWAYS come prepared with show boots, plenty of towels and all the gear they need. Chaz is a complete professional and quite frankly, just a good guy to work with. DON’T BOTHER WITH ANY OTHER CLEANING SERVICE!
By the way, I generally do not give reviews unless the contractor I am using is over the top excellent, so this review should speak for itself…

I am a 30 year Marine veteran. I have not had my professionally windows cleaned for at least 10 years. Based on the various positive reviews I had read, I decided to give Platinum a call to inquire about their services. Based on the positive vibe and professionalism I got from Chaz (the owner), I decided to go with them. Upon his arrival and inspection, he actually «lowered» the price based on his belief that it would not require as much work as his had envisioned over the phone. After a couple hours of intense labor, I was more than pleased with the final results throughout our entire 2 story/​floor home. Chaz displayed superior knowledge and skill throughout the entire cleaning process. And more importantly, he displayed extraordinary «attention-​to-​detail» which is all important to U.S. Marines. In summary, Platinum View Window cleaning provides a exceptional service for a very, very fair price, coupled with professional and trustworthy personnel. I will seek their services in the future

Platinum View Window Cleaning has washed my company’s windows for the past year. I’ve gone through a lot of window washers here at my large office building in La Jolla and Chaz at Platinum View Window Cleaning is the only guy that is respectable, honest, on time, and most importantly, CLEAN! He wears booties, cleans up after himself and makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves.
My building is large with lots of skylights and is 1 block from the ocean. The salt air really obstructs the view at our office so I get the windows washed quarterly. Before I met Chaz at Platinum View Window Cleaning, I got quotes from other companies for window cleaning and pressure washing. Their quotes ranged from $ 1000 to $ 1800 for our building. Chaz came in at $ 400 for the entire building! I thought he misunderstood what I wanted him to do. Nope! He does everything and more at a FRACTION of the cost!!!

My company just opened in December. We did a huge remodel job prior to opening and needed some extensive work done on the windows. We were impressed with the reviews of this window cleaning company so we gave Chaz a call.
He worked a solid 7 hours on all of the windows. He scraped paint, old security system wiring and such off of these windows. When he left, we were astounded by the clarity of the glass. We couldn’t have had a clearer view had we decided to replace them completely!
He was quiet, professional, hard working and polite.
We were so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism, we have since used him in opening 2 more locations and will continue to use his company in the future.

I highly recommend Chaz. He did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning our windows for our 2-​story home. My 2 year old was taking a nap and Chaz was so quite that I could not tell he was upstairs cleaning the inside windows. He is a hard worker and extremely nice. I definitely would recommend him to my family and friends. When I need to get my windows cleaned again I am calling him from now on.

I have used this service a few times and had a great experience each time. Mr. Akers could not be easier to work with– he has accommodated my schedule each time, making himself available to work both weekends and weekdays. He shows up on time, is extremely courteous, and he gets right to work.
I have two dogs, which was not a problem for him. It’s nice to not have to sequester them each time someone new comes by the house.
I appreciate his work ethic– he’s not on his cell phone while he’s working, and he gives an accurate estimate of how long it will take him to complete the job, so I could plan my other activities accordingly.
Price wise, I have been very happy. His rates were more reasonable than other services I have contacted, and the quality of his work is top notch. He cleaned all the exterior windows, removed and replaced the screens, handled any interior work that needed a little attention, and didn’t leave a mess. My neighbors all stopped by after to get his contact information, as they were impressed by the quality of his work.
It’s nice to know that there are hard-​working, trustworthy, and courteous businesses like this in San Diego. I highly recommend Platinum View for any window cleaning services you might need.
