Palomar Forum Business Park it’s interesting that there is always two side to every tale.
Justine the receptionist with Palomar Forum Business Park did request that we add the company «Palomar Forum Business Park» where she works to our liability insurance.
In the past our insurance company would do that complementary and not a «huge deal». But, within the last couple years it costs $ 25+ dollars to have each customer added to the our company’s policy.
I love how Justine stated that we «refused» to pay the small fee for this service when it’s their company wanting to be added. And I explained to Justine it’s our company’s policy not to pay this fee. It’s not cost effective.
We have never encountered a large corporation like Palomar Forum Business Park not willing to pay the 25+ when they are stating they need to be added.
I also find it interesting that we have been doing business with Palomar Forum Business Park since 2010 and in 2013 they are requesting being added to our company’s liability insurance.
But, of course not understanding we can’t pay for everyone to be added to our premium. And, since they refused to pay the invoice for the amount to add them. We were then not able to move forward.
As far as the service call that had already been done 3÷12÷2013 Poor Print Quality — spots down left hand margin — technician stated the Transfer Belt was worn. They didn’t okay the replacement and then they started with the liability insurance. After several phone calls from Justine and now Shelly Tinder about the insurance addition we needed that to be taken care of before the technician could go back — and since they wouldn’t pay the insurance addition we couldn’t continue the customer relations. It was their call.
It’s very sad when people don’t share the truth. But when someone gets aggressive and won’t listen to why we can’t just eat the fee for them or others… I guess the best thing to have done is just hang up verses trying to explain for the umptemth time.

We are a 25 year old company and we had tried to maintain quality and honest service for our customers. It’s sad to see Justine write such a poor rendition of the circumstance. As a service provider I would recommend getting payment COD or a credit card at time of service when doing business with Palomar Forum Business Park.

I work for a business park in Carlsbad, and we used this company for printer repairs and supplies, until they refused to pay a small fee to obtain liability insurance which is our company’s policy. Not a huge deal… BUT, when we called to have our printer repaired (AGAIN) for work they were supposed to have done already and had come out twice to fix. Gayle was beyond rude and disrespectful to both my boss and I. Gayle would not listen to anything we were saying, kept interrupting both of us, and just had an all around rude disposition. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Not when there are so many other computer repair businesses in the area that have amazing customer service and the same prices.
