Pacific Express Installations and Services

Pacific Express installed my new dishwasher from Lowe’s on December 9^th. It leaked under my brand new laminate flooring and completely ruined it. I discovered the leak on December 12^th when I walked into my kitchen and heard/​felt squishing under the floor. The installer came that day to repair the leak, but he didn’t do a good job and it still continued to leak and water inched its way into my dining room and living room. Finally a week later they sent another guy to fix the leak. My floor is ruined. There is probably mold growing, they are taking FOREVER to do anything about this! It is now December 29^th. So so many phone calls about this. No one calls me. No one cares about making this right. NOT HAPPY!

Marcos came to our house to install a combo oven and dishwasher. He charged my wife $ 100 to trim ¼″ off the cabinet and told her the check had to be made out to him, not Pacific Express. He also left all the packaging, styrofoam, & cardboard at our home. He hid it behind a tree so we couldn’t notice. A true rip off. And his install was less than good.

These guys came to deliver & install our new appliances from BestBuy. Marcos & Jesus were a great team!
We got a call the day before to confirm our time frame for delivery. Today Marcos called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away, and when they arrived they got to work quickly. Marcos pointed out the thing on my sink that connects to the garbage disposal was corroded and old, then replaced it for me no charge!
These guys were professional, courteous, and polite. They made sure to test all the new appliances then cleaned up and left without a trace (sans invoice). Great work, thanks guys!

We purchased two toilets at Low’s and paid to have them installed. Pacific Express called us to set up an appointment. They gave us the name of the installer and the window of time he would be there. On the day of installation the technician plumber called and said that he would arrive in 20 minutes. The gentleman plumber arrived within 15 minutes ready and eager to start the work. We went over the particulars of the job and he started the work. He made sure to wrap the old toilets in plastic so that they could be cleanly removed. He wore booties to keep our carpet clean. The guy did a great job in a little less than 2 hours. He cleaned everything up and removed the old toilets and the packing for the new ones. It was a job very well done and a load off of our minds to have two brand new well working toilets.

I bought a dual fuel GE stove and a GE microwave from Pacific Sales. They contract out the installation to this company. The installer, Art J, called ahead of time and came out and did a very nice job. Explained what I needed and why and proceeded to install and check that both appliances worked correctly (even set the time on both). I was very happy with their service.

I have no clue what Sam is talking about. They showed up on the exact window that they mentioned. They were polite and courteous throughout the entire install. Cleaned out the entire area behind the stove without even asking. Both workers were excellent and even his son was polite and courteous. If I had to do it all over again I’d expressly ask for just this company. Even spent a solid twenty minutes explaining to my wife how to use most features on the stove.
Excellent job and extremely happy with their service. Job well done!

Don’t use these guys — REALLY poor customer service. They are more than happy to screw the customer and leave them hanging

These guys were contracted out to us by Best Buy. I should have looked here first. My appointment was 10 – 2. At 2:30 they tell me that they won’t be able to keep my appointment. I took the day off of work for absolutely nothing– no, wait, I took the day off work to be stuck at home, make phone calls tracking these people down, get frustrated, and then have Best Buy tell me that they cannot change the delivery company because they have a contract… which is obviously more important than customers.

A subcontracting service for Lowe’s. If you hire them, insist upon an installer that does not look like a gang member who just escaped from prison.
