Oregon Trail Remodeling and Restoration was founded by Jeremy Parsons and Marc Lisak in 2009 bringing together the business experience and construction expertise of both men. We had Mike and his team do some repair work for a problem that caused us a lot of headaches and water damage. due to incorrect installation of sliding door by a previous installer. Mike was the fifth contractor we had look at the damage and he was the only one who not only knew the cause but also knew how to fix it. The work was done to perfection with a real focus to details and caring that it all be done correctly. He and his subs were all a pleasure to have in our home and they left everything neat at the end of each day.
We will never use another contractor for any future needs. When we find the best we stay with them.
You can never go wrong with Oregon Trail.

I would give this group 10 stars or more if I could. They just completed our kitchen and fireplace remodel and working with them is fantastic and all of their subs very professional. They do what they say and stand behind their work.
It has been a couple of weeks and I LOVE my kitchen. I have never ever had a kitchen with the quality of this one. I am so happy I don’t think there are words to say how wonderful Marc and Jeremy and all there subs are and the quality of work, attention to detail and CONSTANT staying in touch to make sure everything is going okay and as promised and most of all that we are satisfied.
You can’t go wrong with this group they are the «GREATEST».

These guys are great! I went with OTR to replace the carpet in my condo with new flooring. This was my first experience with with home remodel and they were there to help every step of the way. I added on a couple of things during the installation and they were very accommodating with the requests. They were on time, professional and quick. I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

We just finished a remodel of our kitchen and downstairs bathroom using Oregon Trail Remodeling and we could not be more pleased. They are very professional; they deliver what they promise; they keep you in the loop during the entire remodel; all of their subcontractors are first rate and lastly they are without exception, really nice people to work with. We’ve had our house for 3.5 years and finally had enough money to remodel our kitchen. We contacted James (our realtor who sold us our house) and he recommended we check out Oregon Trail Remodeling. We called the number he provided, talked to Jeremy and setup an appointment with him to come by the house.
Jeremy came with his guy Marc, who we would be our main point of contact. They were professional and knowledgable as we combined what we envisioned, what was possible, and what was popular and would bring value to our home. They worked quickly and around our schedules and addressed any concerns we had, down to the last detail. In the end, everything came out better than we imagined.
The only thing I shall say, in the interest of self improvement, is that 75% of the workers didn’t speak English. This was not a problem if someone was there to translate, but many times there was not. And many times at the end of the work day, the workers would have instructions for us like: Don’t touch this, you can touch this, don’t use that, or you can use that. We worked around the language barrier. It was not a serious hurdle or anything. Just threw that in here to to express that this was a thought out review. Not one quickly written.
Oregon Trail Remodeling is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. As long as you have an idea of what you want and understand what is/isn’t realistically possible, they can do it all.

If you’re looking for a contractor, You’ve found the one you want. Look no more. Jeremy and his team are fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They do outstanding work, they’re on time, they are personable and they are clean. At the end of each work day, my house was incredibly neat for being under construction. I highly recommend Jeremy and his entire crew!

After getting several quotes to build a new sushi bar to remodel Mikko Sushi, I was lucky and fortunate to find Oregon Trail Remodeling online. After talking to Marc about pricing and how he was going to build the new sushi bar, I decided to hire Oregon Trail Remodeling. Marc understood that the work was to be completed in a short time, as the restaurant could not be closed for long. His builders worked day and night to get the job done and did an outstanding job! With Oregon Trail Remodeling’s effort, Mikko Sushi opened as planned, and on time. For my next restaurant, and a house remodel, I will definitely use Oregon Trail Remodeling again, and will highly recommend Oregon Trail Remodeling to others.

We have had Oregon Trail Remodeling complete two separate jobs for us now and have been extremely pleased with their quality of work. I called Oregon Trail after I noticed a hole in my bathroom floor that the previous owner covered up. I spoke with Marc and he said he would be there to give me a quote with in a few days. I called around 6 other remodeling companies and Marc came in with the best quote and even said they could start in 2 weeks. The soonest any other company could start was months away.
A few days before the construction was to start, Marc came to my house and followed me to pick up the tile and supplies which was way above and beyond anything he had to do. Marc and his crew showed up to start the construction and were very professional and courteous to my family, especially to my 15 month old son who wanted to «help». After a few days of getting to know the crew, I even felt comfortable enough to leave town and give Marc a key while we were away.
I had them replace all the tile in the shower and add a custom mosaic tile strip with a storage cutout (suggested by Marc which I love!), replace the tile that surrounds our jacuzzi tub and install «wood» porcelain tile on the floor. The work they did came out great! I feel like it added a lot of value to our home.
Overall, the experience with Marc and Oregon Trail Remodeling was outstanding! I liked them so much, I told one of my buddies at work to have them do a remodel he was looking into. I know if I need anymore remodel work done, Oregon Trail will get my first call!

I called Mark because he came recommended. My husband and I were thinking of buying a house that needed some work – it looked like there was something wrong with it structurally. The floors were uneven and the walls had cracks in them.
Even though Mark could have made a lot of money helping us fix this place up, Mark told us that we should get an engineer to look at it.
Mark saved my husband and me from going down a path that could have used up a lot of our resources. We didn’t use his services (This time) but I really appreciated his honesty.
We will definitely be calling him again when we have another remodeling job.

We chose Oregon Trail and Marc’s team to remodel our house. We had them add a window and glass door to the back of our house, re-​stucco our entire house, re-​roof our house with new tile, electrical work throughout the house, and paint parts of the exterior. Let me start by saying we just purchased our first house. That being the case, we are new to the whole ‘home improvement’ thing. I had no idea what to expect and what exactly I was getting myself into when we decided to have the work done. We imagined it being an arduous process and a lot of work on our part. Man were we wrong! I used Oregon Trail for some ceiling work I needed done last month. Not only did they get the work done quickly, and they did an AMAZING job. I hear that most of the time homeowners have to clean up after the construction crew is finished… not the case with these guys. We didn’t even have to vacuum! I have referred them business because of the stellar job they did, and everyone has had the same opinion as me. I will absolutely be calling them for any remodel /​restoration work I need done around my house. Well deserved 5 star rating!!!
