I called this nursery to inquire about the possibility of them purchasing a large Palm Tree on my property. When the person answered the phone he was very difficult to understand and the phone call kept cutting out. When I informed him that I was having difficulty understanding him, he began to speak very slowly and louder then before, it still was breaking up and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I apologized again and mentioned that he must have a bad connection with me on his cell phone. He became agitated and rude and said I could email him the info and he would let me know if he was interested. I can’t ever imagine speaking to a customer this way or anyone for that matter! I won’t ever do business with this group… ever!

Watched the Oasis Nursery guy driving their truck fill up the truck PLUS 6 big plastic gas cans (5gals each) at costco while people waited 7 deep.
Attendant [equally complicit] closed off 2 pumps (a whole lane) so Oasis could take care of this during peak hours while everyone else waited. Would not hire, based on this lack of consideration for others.
