I have always had great experiences at this location. It can be quiet on week nights which is nice sometimes. Happy to support this franchise.

Bottom Line: Quick serve noodle place with a comfy interior. I know this is just a chain fastish-food eatery but I still really like Noodles & Company to satisfy my guilty cravings for carbs. Here’s how it works — You order at the counter and then they bring your fresh cooked pasta/noodle dish to you. It’s very efficient regardless of whether you dine in or get it to go. If you are vegetarian then you can enjoy your pasta/noodle dish as is. If you are a meat eater, then you can beat your chest and order it with various meats such as chicken, parmesan crusted chicken, pork, etc. The pesto cavatappi with parmesan crusted chicken is my favorite but I also love the richness of the Wisconsin mac and cheese. The atmosphere is casual, comfortable and warm making Noodles a great lunch time spot or ideal for a casual dinner. As a Diet Coke addict, I love their Coca-Cola«Freestyle» soda fountain which allows you to choose up to 100 different sodas.

DONOTEATHERE– FOODISTERRIBLEANDTHEWORKERSEATWHERETHEFOODISPREPAREDANDDON’T WASHTHEIRHANDS !!! Extremely terrible«Pad Thai» and happened to see a clear health code violation. After I ordered my dish I was facing the register/kitchen and noticed the workers talking to each other. One of the cooks was eating in the food preparation area !!! Like eating a meal !!! I was the only person in the«restaurant.» This went on for about 10 – 15 minutes as I tried to eat the non-palpable Pad Thai !!! Another patron came in and the worker who had been eating prepared his food and DIDNOTWASHHISHANDS!!! How do I know? I watched him and the sink is visible to patrons. He never left my view until after he had prepared the other persons food!!! Finally, I had enough and walked up to the young lady who took my order. I informed her of what I perceived as disgusting, hazardous behavior and she seemed clueless!!! I walked out but came back to ask for the manager(had seen an older looking gentleman earlier who went to the back). She said she was the manager and I asked Her if she was aware of how gross that behavior was… Once again acting oblivious to the potential hazard . This was my first time here. It was my last. Absolutely disgusted !!!

I was really disappointed with my dish, I ordered the Thai Hot Pot. Flavor was great, just not enough for the price I paid. Was expecting to get what was pictured, not even close. Took 3 bites of noodles and they were gone — feel shorted. I left hungry after paying over $ 8.

Extremely slow service. They may have been short staffed that night. It was crowded and we had to wait over an hour to get our food. I saw many people who ordered after our group get their food before us. Very disappointed and probably won’t come back. The only reason I gave it one star was because there was one gentleman working who was really nice and doing his best to get the food out. Overall the food was good and they actually got all of our orders right.

Extremely disappointed(look at my photo). Not my first time here. Probably my last though. Ordered two bowls of the Thai Hot Pot Soup. It only comes one size and yes, I’ve had it before. There was literally NOBROTH in the soup(see photo). Absolutely not the photo of the soup posted in the restaurant or as full as I have had it before. I was shocked when the server brought it to the table and I asked what’s up. She told me they re-did their portions. Yea, they did… to almost nothing. I did not bother eating it and just left and went somewhere else. I had this same soup weeks earlier at the location in Carlsbad/La Costa of Rancho Santa Fe Rd. and the bowl was almost full. Sorry N&C…you’re fired.

This was our first visit to this place. Can I say exceptional customer service?! We were greeted immediately and when we let the young man at the counter know this was our first visit he took us on a detailed tour of the menu. Food was absolutely amazing! Everything tasted fresh and the portions were perfect. By far the best part was the employees. There was not a sour face in the place and everyone seemed to love their job. We were asked several times about the food and how we liked it and were told if we didn’t they would cook us something new. There was no need for that because the food was delicious! We ordered the Mac n cheese and the Thai hot pot with a side of cucumber tomato salad. We just found out that they are opening a location close to us in Temecula. We cannot wait!

My daughter ate the Pad Thai with Shrimp yesterday and has been throwing up all night long. I believe she has a bout of food poisoning. We bought the dish around 3pm yesterday, not to mention it was the only thing she ate since breakfast. I’m very interested if anyone else became ill?

I went to Noodles & Company after an hour workout today. I have heard rave reviews about this place from my friend, but I tried it and I thought it was decent, nothing special. I ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese Regular Sized and a small side of Caesar Salad, which cost $ 7.61 Wisconsin Mac & Cheese(6⁄10) — Very cheesy, but also very bland. The cheese sauce was very watery and the cheese on top was hardly melted, and had NO spice whatsoever. I had to add a lot of seasoning to make it palatable. Side Caesar Salad(5⁄10) — Its your typical fast food Caesar: heavy dressing, store-brought croutons, and cheap Asiago. The side is very small, and I would not recommend it as it is too expensive for the amount you get. The place had only one table occupied and the staff were very friendly. I would come here again on an occasional quick lunch, but for dinner, forget it. Chipotle on the other side is a far better option.

For a restaurant whose namesake is «Noodles,» I would actually recommend most other dishes over any of their pasta dishes, most of which are bland and somewhat dry. Their Buff Bowls are enjoyable, although a bit pricey for what is essentially a hearty, spinach-based salad with meat. The Japanese Buff Bowl is hearty and filling, and it tastes best with extra soy sauce and sriracha to embolden the flavors and wilt the spinach slightly. Their sandwiches(in particular, the BBQ pork and the cheesesteak) are good, but they are again a bit pricey for the portion size. I recommend getting extra BBQ sauce and cole slaw with one’s BBQ pork sandwich, as it is rather unremarkable otherwise. In general, eateries in this area seem very timid with actually seasoning, saucing, or otherwise flavoring their foods. It almost feels as though local consumers equate«bland» with«health-conscious,» which is unfortunate. Still, perhaps one of the most rewarding and least health-conscious options here is the tres leches cake. I would recommend it as an added treat in the event that one has already committed to overpaying for underflavored food.

It was our first night in Carlsbad, a town I literally had no desire to ever visit nor is it a town I desire to come back to. HOWEVER. I will definitely venture that was for Noodles and Company. The virtually endless options of noodles dishes, the different types of noodles and the different genres of food that incorporated noodles into the dish is what I will remember. So with a unique privilege presenting itself, what do I go for? The Spaghetti and Meatballs. Because I am six years old. But, HOLYSHIT, this was the best spaghetti and meatballs dish anyone has ever made anywhere. They don’t make that dish in Italy, so before you attempt to make me look like a buffoon, understand that Spaghetti and Meatballs are a dish essentially for American children… Which I am. The meatballs were rolled smoothly and perfectly. Upon sinking my teeth in said meatballs, I was greeted with a burst of flavorful succulence. The noodles? Magnifique!(Not the album by Ratatat) The sauce was prepared and distributed just the way I like. I like a light layer of sauce. These«Italian» restaurants often drown their food in a pool of piss-flavored marinara sauce, but Noodles and Company conjured up a delectable sauce and dished it out carefully. Not too much, not too little. I’ll be back one day. Even if it’s just to take a pit stop off the freeway.

We enjoyed our first dinner in Carlsbad at Noodles and Company. The food was fresh, warm, and diverse, with meals for everyone. They had kid friendly meals like buttered pasta, spaghetti and meat balls, and chicken noodle soap. Wanting comfort food I ordered chicken noodle soap which was warm and tasty. I found the regular size perfect but my little sister was content with a small so it depends on your appitite. There was an odd moment when our server came with our food and another man came up behind him and was being pretty rude to the young man. Wasn’t totally clear what the story was but it was strange. The family rated it 3.5−4 so I’m rounding up to a four.

My experience with this Noodles ‘n Company was absolutely delightful. The restaurant was clean, the staff was extremely accommodating, and the food was great. The overall atmosphere for the restaurant was great, but it was the service of a worker there named Ray that went above and beyond excellence. As this was my first time at a NNC, I didn’t know what to order, or any idea of how to choose a menu item out of all those options! He took the time to go through each item with me and tailor the dish to my liking. I was so impressed with his kindness and will definitely be back again.

I’ve just discovered NOODLES&COMPANY when I was in the midwest for a vacation. I was so happy to spot this location on the way to drop off a stray dog that my friend had found at the nearby SD Animal Center This is located in a plaza that also includes a Chipotle, Panera Bread, and gas station. There is a plethora of parking so you never have to sit and wait for a space. This location is relatively new so everything looks pretty brand new. They’re even licenses to sell alcohol and wine based on the bar I saw that they had set up. My favorites so far is the Pad Thai, Bangkok Curry, and the Bangkok Curry Buff Bowl. But everything on their menu looks AMAZING, so you will definitely enjoy whatever you order here. The snickerdoodles and rice krispy treats are also delicious and taste homemade and generously portioned for the price. PLEASEOPENMORENOODLES&COMPANYINSO. CAL!

Food is just a cut above frozen pastas and canned soups… but they charge like it’s a whole lot better. I’ve tried their pesto and regular spaghetti with meatballs. Sauces are decent– nothing super flavorful or fresh tasting, and the noodles tend to be over-cooked. Portion sizes are quite small, so I usually end up doing a soup and a salad. I don’t come here because the food is good, but rather because I get these extreme cravings for pasta. Which unfortunately for me, happens a lot. It’s a shame the food doesn’t quite live up to the price!

If I could pick 3.5 I would. Customer service deserves 5 stars I orders the large pena rosa to go with a side ceasar salad and a small drink. The pasta is kinda spicy. Has a little kick but very flavorful. And the side salad is really small. Not really worth getting. They don’t fill the to go bowls. Just a heads up! But other than that, great place. Well priced. About $ 8 for all of that. Great décor inside. Love the stools. And the customer service was really fantastic.

I almost never review chains, but this place is close to my office and I eat lunch here 2+ times a week sometimes. For less than $ 7, I order the spicy chicken Caesar flatbread sandwich and it comes with a small salad or soup –I always get a bowl of curry rice noodle soup w a few veggies mixed in. The employees here try really hard and it’s such a good deal for lunch, I can’t complain.

Food is terrible! Looks better in the picture on the menu than what you actually get. What you are served is something completely different than what you think you are ordering!!! So bad, this is actually my first Unilocal review ever! DON’T WASTEYOURMONEY!

Japanese Pan Fried Noodles Great quality. The noodles were perfectly cooked and are a wonderful thick udon noodle. The vegetables were not over cooked. The sauce was savory. However the portion size was smaller than anticipated for a $ 10 bowl of noodles.

I really like the quality of food provided by this branch! They’re noodles are delicious, you get a little soup side with your entrée, and their soda machine is the awesome Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. The staff is super friendly and incredibly fast, which is great when you’re on a lunch rush of your own. Their portions are a little small, which makes your lunch a tad on the pricier side, but they are tasty. I’ve had their noodles, which are actually really good, and al dente(my favorite), as well as their vegetarian sandwich, which is delicious and packed with nutritious veggies without any overpowering sauces! Definitely will be back to try other dishes. Keep up the great work staff!!!
