Business Owner

I take great joy in connecting with people who want to heal their relationships and grow to their full potential. There is nothing more thrilling than to witness someone change their life and become a new person. I’ve achieved advanced credentialing in two types of relationship counseling using Emotionally Focused Therapy: marriage work and parent-​child relationship conflict, especially with teens. Additionally, I have helped many people overcome depression and anxiety and heal from trauma. In the last several years, I’ve branched out into providing training and supervision for other therapists seeking to be more effective in working with marriages and families.
