Mr. Mortlock has worked for the Public Defender, the City Attorney, and for a personal injury law firm. The experience Mr. Mortlock has gained working for both the prosecution and defense in both criminal and personal injury cases has provided him with a unique understanding of the law process. This unique understanding aids the assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of each case.
