Maternity Works Outlet

Stopped by here to treat the wife to some new clothes.
Martha deserves accolades for her top notch service. She went the extra mile to find my wife the right clothes and also shuttled different sizes from the racks to the dressing room. Generally speaking, you’re not going to find great service in these «outlet malls», however Maternity Works exceeded our expectations.
100 bucks later… sigh
The negative is that most outlet stores have few «deals». The clearance section is in the back, but most of the regular stuff is full price.

I’m so not happy with this store right now!
I’ve been shopping around for a maternity support belt to help my back pain and SPD for about a week now and have really taken my time to investigate what I want and what would really be a great investment for me. So…
Yesterday I called this store and spoke to a sales rep by the name of Martha and asked her about «The Ultimate Maternity Belt» she then suggested I buy the «Loving Comfort» brand due to the other one digging into your belly and being uncomfortable I gave her the size I needed and she said it was in stock and offered to hold it for me I passed and said that I was on my way to try it on… well I had to end up calling her back and asked her to end up holding them for me due to I couldn’t make it after-​all she was super nice and took my name and said it would be there for me today and they opened at 10am I was ecstatic!
Today a bit after 10am I arrive and speak to the rep who is there working I explain I have some stuff on hold and she starts looking around the store for them… no luck so she decides to call Martha and find out where she put them Martha doesn’t answer so she continues her search no luck so she calls Martha again finally she picks up and Martha confesses she forgot to put them on hold for me… I’m now frustrated and in pain from my back!
Needless to say the chick finds the two sizes I need to try on and I pick the one I want I hand her the one I want to buy and place the wrong size one on the counter and say I’m sorry but I can’t put this away its too low for me to bend down she takes it from the counter and says no problem ill put it away I get my belt and I’m off home!
I went to go reopen my purchase and put it on and to my surprise the package is unopened the sales rep put the wrong size in my bag now I have to go back and return the damn thing I’m not a happy camper! I better not get any hassle on returning it if I do I’m sure ill let y’all know!

Expecting moms know all too well how outrageously expensive maternity clothing can be. It’s a scam– they know you NEED the clothes, so they charge double for clothes that you’ll only wear for 6 months tops. This outlet store has everything from undies to work suits and dresses– absolutely everything in between. They carry XL and petite sizes and teh best part is the prices. I just bought a new wardrobe for what would have bought me three blouses at another maternity store. Obviously, some of the fabrics are nicer than others, and no brand names here– but really great clothing all around. I’m def. a big fan!
