Specializing in at-home or outdoor workouts, Kate’s Mobile Fitness brings the gym to you! Whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned athlete, I can custom design a workout plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you prefer to get your workout in the gym, clients have access to our small, fully equipped gym. Available training methods include functional, core, resistance, free-weights, and more. Most of my clients are women ages 30 – 60 and 100% of my clients have seen results after only a few sessions. My prices are very reasonable.
