Hello and thanks for visiting. My name is John Prietto, President of JP Mortgage. As a young man, I earned a Commercial Pilots license as well as a Bachelors Degree in Finance. These early disciplines gave me the skill set to stay current in business and technology. This is critical now more than ever.

The ability to build relationships and serve clients however comes from who you are as a person. Growing up in a very large family taught me cooperation and compromise. Being a father of five and grandfather of 3 has taught me the fruits of giving.

We just closed on a 30 year, fixed rate home with John about a month ago. I have been with 3 other different lenders and I have to say, after a year and a half of searching, I am so glad I met John. He is such a helpful communicator and will get you your loan. Our situation was extremely difficult and very time sensitive, but we closed on time and he got the job done. I can’t recommend anyone else other than John. Through the process he was always available to chat with me, and after this deal, I am proud to call him a friend. When I buy again, I will be sure use my friend John.

We just closed on a 30-​yr. fixed rate refinance with some money out for home improvements. John & Gayle were on top of it every step of the way. We started the process which we originally thought would take 45 days to close. Fortunately, we had our paperwork together and Gayle knew what needed to happened; we closed in 3 weeks! They were great communicators and kept me updated in a timely fashion thoughout the transaction, which was extremely important on this short sale listing of mine.
