Good products, really lousy customer service. They sent me the wrong item(very clearly sent me someone else’s order as the shipping label was in the box) and would not send the correct item until they got the wrong order back. Obviously their mistake but with over a week to get the first(wrong) shipment, could not get the shipment out for a few days(traveling for work), plus shipping back, plus time to ship the correct item it will take almost 3 weeks to get the product that I have already paid for. To top it off, they stopped responding to my emails asking when my item would ship, saying«we sent you a return label 2 days ago». Won’t order from them again.

I am long time customer and faithful watcher of all things iliac golf. At least I was. Ive dealt with their impossibly slow production in the past and always convinced myself it was worth the wait. That moment is gone. I have had an order open now for three months and have had to exchange at least 15 emails regarding their process and when, if at all, my order would be fulfilled. Still waiting. But I won’t wait again. To be willing to pay such high prices for such a terrible experience is not something I will be willing to do. I hate saying this(as I have at least 15 really cool shirts). Just avoid them and work on your short game.

I recently bought a brand new with tags iliac golf belt from an ebay seller and upon wearing it the second time, I noticed that the stitching had come loose right in the front of the belt. I too contacted iliac to request a replacement and they said no because i purchased the belt on ebay. But you manufactured the belt Iliac! Furthermore, I was treated very rudely. Years ago I had a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses. A screw was loose and wouldn’t tighten. I just found an address and sent them to Ray Ban asking for a repair. They didn’t ask me where I bought them, how long I had them or anything. They just mailed me a brand new pair of sunglasses. THIS is how a company should treat its customers. Shame on you Bert Lamar! Poor quality + poor service = poor company.
