I stepped in here on Saturday for a solo lunch, because I had a little shopping to do, and greek food sounded so good for some reason. I sat at a table outside, the server was relatively attentive, I think she was the only one working and every table was full. Ordered the Gyros. I had them leave off the onion… I think next time I will see if they can sub cucumber instead of onion for me, it was a little plain with just tomatoes on it. I didn’t love their tatziki, I like it with more cucumber chunks in it, this seemed very much like a greek version of ranch dressing. But there is something for everyone. It wasn’t bad, I just like more chunky tatziki. The Gyro was $ 9, I got a greek beer, $ 5. I will return, I don’t have a local greek place that I love, so this might be my go to in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. The portions were quite large, but everything had flavor and presentation was beautiful. The salad was delicious and I could drink that dressing. The kids chicken was so tender, just falling off the bone. The only suggestion would be a good deep cleaning of the restaurant. But, I will be a regular due to great portions, price and flavor.

This has to be one of the best authentic greek places around! It has affordable lunch menus, flaming cheese, and amazing gyros! We will definitely be coming back as often as we can! Seriously, the flaming cheese(saganaki) is off the hook good! Open kitchen with seating around, not fancy by any means but super friendly! They have really good greek beer. We couldn’t stop eating. I have the pita gyro and my husband had the moussaka. Amazing!

My husband and I love everything about this place. I usually get the gyro wrapped in pita, and my husband gets the lemon chicken thing. He talks about it all the time. We always leave her satisfied and full. Their prices are fair and their customer service is great. Must try if you are in the area !

I’ve been here a handful of times. Their lunch special is very affordable and you get a lot! Today I’m not super hungry so I ordered the lemon chicken soup and Greek salad. Yum! Friendly atmosphere and fast service. You can sit outside or indoors.

We LOVED the gyro sando!!! How special can one be, right? Well, the pita was toasted to perfection. The meat was seared with a little crisp after cut. The veggies were fresh n chilled. And the tzatziki was DELISH! Cheers

We got 2 Pita sandwiches for takeout, and they were some of the best we have had in a very long time. They don’t skimp on the portions either. I would DEFINITELY recommend trying this little gem of a spot if you haven’t yet. So delicious! And reasonably priced I will be back. Often.

Fantastic mom and pop Greek. Amazing gyros, chicken and lamb! Large portions! Never been in the restaurant but ordered weekly from a delivery service. Looks like you recently dropped ! Such a shame. Please bring back delivery. Best Greek food I have had in north county.

The food is really good. The service is hit or miss. The location is not so great. The price is on the high side. The quantity of food is very large so bring an appetite.

Best Greek restaurant in the area, period. I often buy their grilled chicken kabobs in bulk and eat them throughout the week. Meat is perfectly seasoned, the Greek salad is amazing.

Came here because I had a craving for a Greek salad. I wished I had tried this place during previous visits to this area! I ordered the Special: Greek salad… .goodness. — that is probably the best Greek salad, or salad at that I have ever tasted! First of all, the chicken was not the ordinary chunk chicken that you normally find in other Greek salads, it was baked and moist=delicious! Everything was fresh and there was a balance of flavors between the fresh veggies and feta sprinkled on top… it is also served with some fresh, hot pita bread. Not to mention, the customer service was great as well! Sorry, I probably downplayed on the customer service(it really was great!) but the food was the star and I will definitely be back!

Drove all the way from Sacramento just to eat here !! Kidding but it was so wonderful I almost would !! We really did come from Sac heading to San Diego for vacation. Because I’m half Greek and be cuz there was a great offer on , we stopped here for dinner. I now know why they have fantastic reviews. Every bite of everything we ate was delicious and authentic. Service was very good, décor welcoming and the place was spotless !! There’s not really much more to say that hasn’t already been said about an overall 5 star restaurant. Might be considered a little costly for some ppl but worth every penny to me !! Take advantage of their online coupons !!! ‼

My mom and I got lunch to go from here yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised! We both got the chicken kabob lunch special with no rice and extra salad. The meals were $ 10 a piece but they came with a huge, beautiful salad with feta, olives and tomatoes with a yummy vinaigrette and the chicken kabobs also came with shaved gyro meat which was sooo tasty(I’m normally not a fan of gyro meat) with fresh pita slices and tzatiki sauce. We both LOVED our meals and we will definitely come back. Lots of food for the money, and tasty!

I’m bummed I never wrote a review for Greek Corner Café several years ago when I visited for my first time, because my most recent visit was 100 times better than my first. On my last visit, the service was subpar, the food mediocre and horribly overpriced, and I vowed to never spend my money there again. Fast-forward 4 years to this past weekend, and I was craving Greek food like crazy. Sick of the Americanized Daphne’s Greek Café food, I searched on Unilocal and rediscovered Greek Corner Café. After reading the positive reviews, my husband and I decided to go and give it another try. We were greeted by the only server working that afternoon, a sweet girl whom although she was busy with all of her other customers, was warm and attentive. My husband and I both chose the lunch special which was your choice of roasted chicken or chicken kabob, gyro meat, pita, salad, and yellow rice. The chicken kabob was succulent and seasoned to perfection, the gyro was authentic(shaved off as it rotated on the grill — not frozen, prepackaged and microwaved), the rice and salad were nice, and the pita bread was plentiful. For about $ 13 each, we both left stuffed and happy. Now I’m craving Greek again… we’ll definitely return again soon!

Greek salad with roasted chicken special. The chicken was marinated in a mustard, lemon, herb type marinade. It was very flavorful and juicy. The salad was a nice large portion for the price and came with pita and tzatsiki(or what looked like tzatkiki). If the sauce is homemade they need to re-evaluate the recipe. It almost tasted more like ranch, had no cucumber or spices in it as far as I cool tell. Its only purpose was to moisten the pita. Other than that it may have made a good arts and crafts glue.

The food here is really tasty… However the restaurant isn’t very clean, like at all. They need to strongly encourage the owner to invest some money back into the restaurant. The bathrooms are dirty! The vents are clogged with dust and dirt! The paint is old and stained. Even the wine rack area… I wouldn’t want my wine served in one of those dusty glasses. You could totally improve if you clean up the place.
