All stylist specialize in precision cuts, and are Vidal Sassoon certified. In addition to hair cutting, hair color plays a major roll in our daily services.

Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the clients hair, this mean you will receive a one on one consultation prior to any service. With our colorist you wont experience chemical breakage from our blonding techniques due our efficient applications, and our grey coverage is true grey coverage. We also specialize in: color correction, Ombré, balayage, and so much more. In addition we offer extension service, special event hair such as weddings and other various formal occasions. These special services require a prior consultation before any price can be quoted. Our stylist take pride in educating their clients with each product used, and how to replicate their style at home.

History

Established in 2014.

Ginger Snips has been in business since 2010 however we are very honored and privileged to be opening our new location February 2014. I welcome you all on this new journey.

Originally a Los Angeles native however the surf, weather and lack of traffic took me down south to San Diego in 1999. I now call San Diego home but still am an LA girl at heart. I am a proud mother to an eccentric little girl. She is the driving force behind Ginger Snips, and all that I do. This all started at the age of 10 when I passed the Beverly Hills Vidal Sassoon salon. I remember passing his salon every morning, and day dreaming about one day doing hair. Growing up around hair stylist I started practicing at the ripe age of 13. However it was until my daughter came along that I actually pursued my carrier in the hair biz. Since being licensed in 2010 I have experienced so much… Some Good, Some Bad all a good learning experience. So I decided to create a salon that encouraged individualism, educational development, and unity. These 3 things lacked from my general experience. So Ginger Snips was born in 2012 & The Best Is Yet To Come!
