We just stopped in here to get some yummy cake batter ice cream. We were greeted when we walked in and it smelled SO delicious inside. Plenty of workers there, two different girls asked to help us with our order. My girls loved their ice cream! Not sure why the reviews have been so bad, maybe they changed some things for the better recently?

Just came here! There was a COCK ROACH!!! Gross. And I got over charged. Worst 6 $ I ever spent (and I got a small)

I called this store yesterday and asked for an Oreo ice cream cake, It was 30 minutes before I picked it up. A young lady name Taylor was by herself and the place was busy she managed it very well .My order was ready waiting for me. She was very courteous and polite. About the quality of the ice cream we all know its the best! Good costumer service!

I love the location, the shopping center is fun with music and just gives you a safe, family oriented vibe. Plus it’s close to home so it’s easy for us.
Ice cream is delicious and they are always fully stocked. Service is friendly, and they get the lines going as quick as they can. But sometimes customers could take awhile ordering.
There are plenty of tables to sit outside/​parking is never really an issue either.
My only complaint is that they don’t take coupons from your phone. Most places do, and every business should know by now that it’s 2015– people use their phones for EVERYTHING. It was my birthday so I signed up for their rewards and in my email, I received a buy one get one free coupon. They wouldn’t honor it for us because I didn’t print it out. I could understand if I was purchasing a full on meal, but it’s a small cup of ice cream. That’s too bad. Hopefully they figure out a way to cater to their customers better.

This place is disgusting!
I went in with my family to have some ice cream and left without eating a bite for the following reasons:
1. Customer service is non-​existent. They were rude and went into the back when they didn’t want to help you anymore.
2. The ice cream is half melted, refrozen, & doesn’t taste right compared to other locations.
3. If you take a closer look, there is dust, dirt, & grime everywhere in this location. Hence, the «disgusting» earlier. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location hasn’t been cleaned in several years.
4. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, and I can smell something «off» in there. (i.e. It’s most likely a mold issue) It could be a water leak, and that is very hazardous to any person working, eating, or entering that building.
I conclusion, I would rather get service and food from a prison cafeteria than waste money on such a horrible place! :(

This business will not honor the 10% discount you are offered on the Unilocal app, the girl behind the counter said it has been like this for two years. It is not so much the roughly $ 2 savings that is upsetting rather that the business makes no efforts to fix this problem. If you don’t want to offer this promotion please have it removed from the app. For four single soup ice-​cream cones it was $ 19, for the money there are better places to go.

Location was kind of busy on a Sunday evening. It didn’t affect the great taste of their ice cream though. Parking was surprisingly really good here. There at lots of spaces in this shopping center.
We were greeted right away when we walked in. We had a little bit of a wait Bc there was a large family in front of us with their kids running all through the compact ordering area. They have lots of choices of ice cream and a few healthy choices for all of the people coming from the Lulu store nearby. They have their creations on the wall behind you where you order, they have their flavors in front of you, and you can also choose your toppings. They have cookie ice cream sandwiches and some fancy sundaes.
I ordered their Founders Favorite which was really good with brownie, pecan, and Carmel I think. I got the larger one (Gotta Have It) and I was pretty stuffed after Bc we just came from dinner. It was the perfect combo of flavor and I definitely would order it again. It was about $ 8 for this.
The inside is very small and can’t fit very many people. There are no chairs inside and you must eat outside where the tables are dirty and my chair was broken. Some of the area is shaded in the later afternoon too. They sell water and Powerade inside too. Gift cards are at the register for sale.
3 stars Bc the tight area inside and the dirty tables outside and there was some spilled ice cream on the counter that wasn’t wiped. Staff was all very very nice and personable. The cashier asked how my day was going which is always nice and goes far for customer service.
Tip jar is at the register if they deserve it.

Service is very poor. 2 young ladies were working and I’m guessing one of their boyfriends showed up and went in the back, which distracted the ladies from doing their job.
Pretty much rushed us to order and when I asked for more time, you can tell they were annoyed.
I clearly stated that I haven’t been here for a while. I didn’t know what I wanted so I was looking through their flavors and mixes.
I ended up picking in random the funnel cake with strawberries and vanilla ice cream since the picture on the menu looked so appetizing.
Pretty disappointed with my ice cream, and definitely not worth the price. Small funnel cake in the bottom of a medium size cup, with one small scoop of ice cream and 3 soggy strawberries with whip cream for $ 7. (Defiantly did NOT look like the picture, or close to the picture)
I’d rather buy a tub of ice cream else where.

Let me start this by saying, avoid the Red Velvet at all costs. Sure, it might taste good, but what comes out of you the next day looks like you pureed a rabbit in a blender. It’s shocking, it’s scary, talking about it has no place in polite conversation.
I’ll say no more about it.
Cold Stone is ice cream, it’s tough to say no to that. They mix it well behind the counter, it tastes good, you shouldn’t be too surprised or disappointed. But, this place does lose points for some bad service.
One worker, who we discovered was on her first day, was nice enough, but she seemed to be left to her own devices for the most part as all we heard of the others were voices in the back giggling as she worked on our Red Velvet mix (*shudder*). When we remarked on it, another worker came out with a bit of a huff and then went about pointing out the mistakes of the first girl right in front of us.
And again, it’s ice cream, we’re not going to note mistakes like the fudge being slightly more on top instead of mixed thoroughly without. You really shouldn’t embarrass a nice employee in front of others. If we’re not going to really care about minor mistakes, it can wait until after we leave while you give the Cold Stone acolyte a smile and helpful advice on how to «properly» mix the goods.
So, good ice cream, not so good workers, sucky parking, high prices, and an overall less than average experience. I think I prefer frozen yogurt.

Ice cream awesome! Girls behind counter: AWFUL! So unfriendly & obviously are not happy working here! Company needs to hire people that want to work in customer service industry ESP when it’s busy season!!! These 2 are bitching to each other about customers & managers. really!!!

We came in to get ice cream at 9:31 pm and the courtesy clerk gave us a very rude tone and expressed that they were close, needless to say there was a line still out the door. If I worked there I would’ve accepted two more people considering there was still a line of people half way out the door. I will never go back because of the customer service

Came here to celebrate National Ice Cream day. I’ve been to Cold Stone (other locations) plenty of time so I won’t speak about the actual ice cream because that tends to be the same or taste the same in most locations. The people here seemed really nice which is surprsing with the reviews. The reason for the loss of the star was the cleanliness of the restuarant and how much mix ins they give you. First off, this place was pretty gross in the inside. Lots of dried ice cream and random toppings on the floor which made it sticky. As for the mix ins– I got the love it size (medium) and had peanut butter cups as my mix in. Usually with that size, you get 2 – 3 large cups mixed in and when I saw her only put one in, I asked and it seemed like a chore to get me another. So I felt like for the money, they tend to be cheap at this location. All in all, the ice cream was good and the workers were friendly enough, so I would go back.

The ice cream at cold stone is always consistent so I will rate on the service. We tried to use the 10% off deal from Unilocal and the girl at the counter did not honor it because we could not print it out. Bad customer service even if we couldn’t print it out she should have given us the discount, but from my experience with the Unilocal deal they never have to be printed out. Strange…

Not my first issue here, so I’m prompted to write it up. Called at 12:45 to order 4 six-​packs of cupcakes, nothing special or particular as far as flavor or color. Guy told me I needed to give 24-​hour notice. Realizing I needed them in technically 23 hours, I asked if I could pick them up tomorrow at 11:45? He said, «Uh, no that’s too early. It would have to be this time tomorrow. We could make 6 cupcakes for you.» I asked if it had to be exactly 24 hours? Why? He responded, «Yeah.» So I got in my car, drove down to talk to a manager, but found 8 six-​packs of cupcakes in the freezer just waiting for someone to purchase. Sadly, for my son’s birthday, I needed to give them my $ 64 for 4 six-​packs despite the poor service. I hate this place. It’s always an issue and totally overpriced. Staff needs customer service training. That’s the last of my money this place gets. Fix it, Cold Stone.

You guys were slammed and really doing a great job! The ice cream was awesome too.

My husband and I rarely indulge ourselves in sweets and coldstone is one of our favorites. Out of the twenty or so different coldstone I’ve been to his was the only one to disappoint.
First off the staff was rude and didn’t talk much. Secondly they had been writing notes on the slab with caramel sauce which made their room to make our ice cream limited. Then she used the same tools to mix my ice cream as the previous person so my ice cream half tasted like peanut butter and the other half peppermint. Mind you I didn’t get peppermint, my husband did, but she made my husband’s at the same time so I had a peppermint peanut butter ice cream rather than chocolate devotion.
Also there’s no seating inside and the space is cramped.

This place has a great location and the staff are great but I have a huge issue with their coupon policy. The manager will not accept coupons that are on your phone (i.e. check in on Unilocal gets you 10% off) Unless the coupon is printed out, it’s a no go. I think that is a ridiculpus policy and not worth my time. Also, upon talking to the staff (who all seem so nice and polite) I believe the manager is not a pleasant person to work for. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

It was fucking awesome! Idk what the dude thinks, but they’re super friendly! Everyone should know that extras are gonna be charged a bit more. That’s why they’re called EXTRAS. Anyways, I like watching them do their thing with the ice cream!!! It’s super yummy!!! Great service clean interior and great prices!

I used to go here more often, but my children’s interests have changed. In general the customer service is fine, the ice cream is delicious and the staff do their thing scooping and mixing. The one thing I’ve noticed is something I haven’t seen in quite some time here… The jingle that is sung after tipping. I’m not sure if they stopped all together, but it did create a fun atmosphere at Cold Stone.
They seem to have added some nice signature selections to their menu of mixings. I’ve been able to try a few and am definitely a fan of their choices.

The people here were very rude. To be exact, it was the owner’s son and a female manager. I went in to get a shake with malt powder. I have been going here for quite a while and they have never charged me for ally powder. It is only about 55 cents, but it’s just the idea. I asked for malt powder in my shake, and the female manager said ok, and never told me it would cost extra. I go to pay, and the price she gave me was higher than normal. She said she had charged me for a shake and malt powder. I said that I’d never been charged for that before, and she said «We’ll, we charge for that.» I told her that she hadn’t told me that, and she basically told me that I was out of luck. Oh we’ll. I paid for it. Then I asked her if I could have the extras because they always make a little more than the cup holds. It’s never been a problem, and they have always given me the extras. Both here and at all locations. She said that they cannot do that. I told her that they always provide me with the extras seeing as they would just throw them away otherwise. She said no, and at this point the owner’s son who was helping another customer stopped what he was doing and came to ask what the problem was. I told him that I had been charged for malt powder and to that he said that that’s what they do. Ok. Nothing I can do. Then I said the lady helping me for the extras and she wouldn’t give them to me. He replied, «Absolutely not.» I told him that I had always received the extras, and he said that he would have to have a meeting with all of his employees to tell them that they cannot do that. At this point he was being very rude and the female manager was losing her patience. I still was not showing any anger at all and I was being very civil. He then told me that I was causing them troubles and they would start to lose business if I kept talking to them. I was with my mom, and she said to the female manager that had helped us, «What is your name?» The female manager replied with, «I don’t have to tell you that.» Meaning she obviously knew that she was doing something wrong. They then said that they would call security if we didn’t leave. We were considering staying, but we had to be somewhere so we left.
Later, my dad went back with me, and the owner’s son was still there, but the female manager was not. He asked him why he was being so rude to my mom and me, and the man said he didn’t think he was being ride at all. My dad said that he should give me my money back that the malt powder costed, and for future reference I would know that il they changed for that. He replied in a very rude tone, «I can’t do that.» We left. There was nothing we could do about it except refuse part of the charge with our credit card company. We told them what happened, and they said that is was completely wrong and the manager needed to provide us with her name. They refunded us the malt powder charge. Now all I can do is post this here and hope that people don’t support this very rude and dishonest business.
