Staff is friendly. young guys working there. I chatted him up because he seemed overworked or just tired. I ordered hazelnut ice blended, since sbucks stopped selling hazelnut drinks BOOO! There were hardly anybody in the store, one lady was in front of me in line. I decided to sit & enjoy my ice blended inside & use there WiFi. Which is non existent btdub. So I ended up just playing some games for awhile. I really was trying to avoid traffic heading home. so I took my time. They keep the store clean & staff is professional. Not chatting away about their personal lives at work, which is nice to see. They also had relaxing music playing in the background.

I work in the area and I stop by pretty often I have never once been greeted or even a hello by any one of the employees usually rushed through my order and not treated kindly whatsoever. Im helped usually by a certain employee by the name of Emily who is very short with me but then extends great effort to make other customers feel welcomed this has happened on more than one occasion by the same employee. very rude and unfriendly.

I like this location a lot. The coffee is fast and good. The seating is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Chris (guy) who was taking orders today. I like the small-​sized bakery snacks too. I buy LCC teachers thank-​you gift cards here, and they (the teachers) always appreciate it.

I’ve heard their coffee and tea are the best. But I don’t drink coffee and tea. (So maybe it’s not fair for me to leave one star.)
I drink chai, but I am allergic to gluten and dairy. What a bummer, their chai (from a powder — eew) has dairy in it. In fact, all of their drinks that come from a powder have dairy (in the powder). What a bummer!

The coffee here is WAY better than Starbucks! The location is perfect, right across the street from Stagecoach park and just a few blocks from plenty of residential areas and the high school (so convenient). The staff are always friendly, they never look unhappy to be doing their jobs. They always smile and wish you a great day. Definitely recommend this location and their blended coffee!

Great coffee way better then Starbucks. The only complaint I have is that it closes early. Staff here is very friendly. This location doesn’t get too crowded. Great place to get some work done.

Wifi Review — Beyond slow! In between meetings I stopped in & it took me 45 min to do something which should be taken me maybe 15 min to complete.
I wouldn’t advise coming here to work.

Myhusband and I came in with our toddler to get our usual drinks. We walked across the street to Stagecoach park so our son can play and run around. Once I started sipping my drink, I realized that they gave me the wrong drink. I was disappointed but not that motivated enough to go back and have them give me my correct drink. So I decided to just drink it. A few minutes later the barista walked over to the where we were and delivered my correct drink. The drink was even larger size than what I ordered! He apologized for profusely for the mishap. The barista’s name is Broc. Now that is customer service through and through.
Overall the staff is friendly and usually get the drink orders right. There is a high turn over of employees here so your drink may not always turn out the way you want it.
Do I recommend? Yes, for the great customer service. Just be sure to taste your drink before you leave.

I can’t say enough about The Bean. It’s the best local coffee and tea place. There are so many choices of great tasting drinks it’s hard to decide. The staff is great. It’s like going to Cheers where everyone knows your name and your favorite drink.

Pretty good iced-​coffee, but to each their own — I prefer my iced coffee to have a heavier roasted flavor with a kick to my senses. They have the WiFy’z and a decent assortment of the usual pastries.

One of the best! It’s safe for me to say that I’m more of a Coffee Bean fan rather than that of Starbucks. It is a shame though that this is the closest one to my residence, which is about a 15 minute drive.
The service here is really good. They always serve with a smile and are attentive to any problems that I may have with my beverage. They always serve quickly, which is a huge plus since I want to be in and out as quickly as possible.
I often times see people studying there. They do offer wifi there as well so it’s a pretty cool place to hang out or study if you may.

Coffee Bean beats the stuffing out of Starbucks. So many times I’ve walked into Starbucks only to smell burning coffee. Although starbucks is set up for fast service, they can’t beat the fresh blends from here. Great snacks to go along with the drinks. Ultimate mocha is my favorite!

It’s clean and convenient and the coffee is better than Starbucks. Starbucks is an evil corporate monster and, while I envy their billions of dollars, I won’t play in their sandbox any longer.

I can walk to this shop, but I don’t because while it is close, I drive past it every time. It’s almost inconvenient because it’s too close. I eyeball it everytime I’m coming and going. Oh look, do I want coffee? Nope, just had some elsewhere.
The few times I have been in, I like how it’s not super busy. It’s chill. Perfect for my neighborhood. The parking lot is a little less than desired designwise, but it’s not that busy where it’s a clusterf*ck.
Plus the coffee is far more consistent than Starf*cks (burnt). All things equal, CBTL has a better tea selection than SFux: check it out.
Though when I do go in, all the pastries are seemingly gone often. WTFarg?
I am not averse to you CBTL. Thank you for contributing to my neighborhood.
