I came here to return my Supra Boots. The store has a wide selection of skate goods. There’s a wall full of decks. Large selection of clothing too. I didn’t buy anything though. But when I walked into the store, I was the only customer they had. The staff looked bored. Probably that’s why CCS closed down, no one shops at the retailers but online. I usually shop online CCS. I rarely go to their stores.

Best experience in a skate shop! From surf city and used to the OC style shops, haven’t found that here. Was helped by a guy named Mel, let my three kids shop(with y supervision) hassle free but let me know he was there to help if need be. 15 minutes later we walked out with a bunch of great skateboards(completes) and three smiling happy kids. Great prices and great employees! I will be back soon!

The punk kids at the CCS store in carlsbad, california, are just that, punks. Very rude. Those kids need to be taught about customer service… Customers are how you get paid and should not be stared at when they walk in with no greeting. Then when the customer ask for a shoe size, the employee should not act as if they were bothered at home while watching TV. By the actions of these kids, CCS has lost my business all together(website and stores) and I will ensure that I pass the word on to all my friends and co workers. There are plenty of other stores to get the same exact goods you want/need. At this particular mall there is a Zumiez that has a phenominal staff and carry many of the same shoes and products as CCS. There is a sun diego not too far from the mall as well. There are several other locations other than CCS and I highly urge everyone to stay away from CCS to avoid the same treatment I received on several occasions.
