The entire staff at Carlsbad Orthodontics are top notch! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming… I actually loved going to my appointments. Dr. Sionit and Dr. Taylor take great care in making sure your treatment is on track throughout every stage of the process. The office team are wonderful, and incorporate fun elements to the whole experience. I just got my braces off in December and even though I had braces as a teenager, my teeth have never looked this good — ever!

My son is finishing up his first phase here and have to say that our experience has been awesome! The office is very friendly, clean and professional. They work very well with kids. They explain to the kids and parents what will happen, so there are no surprises. I definitely recommend this place to those who are looking for a great place for their orthodontic treatment.

An incredibly well-​run office! Navigating braces for my daughter can feel overwhelming trying to balance insurance and flex spending, etc. Dr. Sionit & Dr. Taylor’s office do an amazing job of helping weave through everything. We never wait for our appointment and they’re great about scheduling appts around school hours and breaks. I appreciate how caring everyone is and my daughter loves going in. Highly recommend them!

I must say this is a great office, I’ve been a Registered Dental Assistant for 13 years and have worked for some Orthodontic offices throughout my years, but mostly I’ve done General Dentistry. Even though I have not worked here I was able to come to their Grand Opening and see what they are all about, this office is very clean, organized, and beautiful and since then, I chose this office to do my son’s orthodontic treatment. Both Dr.‘s are great, the staff is awesome, once we walk in, we don’t have a chance to sit because they are ready for him to go back, that’s awesome! I now bring my 3 boy’s here and they absolutely love it, they make it fun and exciting for them. I love that they have fun activities, prizes, games and contests for the kids, it makes my boy’s want to keep coming back! Thank you Carlsbad Village Orthodontic staff for your great services, and all you do for kids as well as the adults, because Orthodontic treatment is not only for kids, but for adults too! Can’t give enough stars or say enough good things about them! The whole staff is friendly and made my nervous 8 year old at ease. The office is immaculate and totally kid friendly with contests, activities and opportunities to earn prizes. My son says he can’t wait to go back! As a mom I was given clear and easy to understand information about my son’s teeth and his treatment plan for the future and given ample opportunity to ask questions and they were really patient and answered all of them. I feel confident going back knowing that his dental needs will be met.

Doctors Sionit and Taylor both spent time with me and my teeth discussing details so that when the braces came off my smile was perfect! They advised me of what I could expect during and after each visit. They encouraged me to call if I had questions. They consulted with my dentist with their recommended approach to achieve my desired results. It wasn’t just the work of the doctors but the staff too! Very professional with attention focused on details. I was greeted by name every time I walked in. For the first time in my life someone recently said to me ‘Wow! This wonderful place gave me my beautiful smile! My whole family goes here (my 4 siblings and I) where 3 of us are finished with braces, with fabulous smiles, and the other two are still receiving treatment. The best parts about this place are the AMAZING staff who care so much for their patients& the Carlsbad Cash you receive every time you come in that you can spend on cool prizes! Everyone who works there is very patient and flexible, they let you reschedule your appointment if you need to, and they are very understanding. Carlsbad Village Orthodontics has an amazing staff and provides excellent orthodontic care. Both Dr. Sionit and Dr. Taylor are very knowledgable, friendly, and honestly care about their patients. I got my braces off several years ago and just recently visited Dr. Sionit for a quick retainer fix. As always, my trip was easy and I received great service. Over the past few years I have been given many compliments on my smile. My dentist still comments and says that my orthodontist really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend coming here for any orthodontic treatment. Their excellent work and quality of care for patients is unbeatable.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sionit, Dr. Taylor. This was my first experience having braces and retainers, and it was remarkably fun and pleasant. The team was friendly, funny, and always cared about the patients. During two years of the treatment, I had my baby and my business build up, every single pictures I have now is with my perfect teeth. I love this place and I have plan to send my baby Naomi to Dr Taylor when she is 16 years old.

I had Invisalign through Carlsbad Village Orthodontics and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When my initial treatment plan was explained I was given multiple options that were very thoroughly explained so I was able to leave the office with absolutely no questions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their specialty and they are all very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sionit and Dr. Taylor are so sweet and professional; they are always having fun little games for their patients and it makes the office so much more fun. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Sionit, Dr. Taylor, and Emily are permanent fixtures of this practice. They are friendly and caring, patient and honest. They explain and ensure that what they can do and your expectations of the results match. I’ve had to reschedule my appointments and they’ve accommodated my schedule, so they’re pretty flexible and understanding. I look forward to seeing them on my visits, and it has been just a wonderfully positive experience. They are just good people. My then 13-​year old son and I had our braces done with them. They also have books and iPods to keep my little ones entertained. I don’t know why but it’s got quite a relaxing vibe. Our teeth are really nice and straight. I definitely recommend this business, as I did to my cousin’s son and he’s pretty happy with his teeth. If my little ones will need it, we’re definitely having their braces done here.

I think it’s very sad that our children are affected by the worlds greed. Parents pay a lot of money for insurance and yet, dentists still don’t feel that’s enough. My son was referred to this place (they are next door to his former dentist who will not fix the mess they started because we are not in contract with this ortho) for «future» care of braces– he does NOT need them now, we’ve been told this time and time again. Sionit stated that after two appliance attempts, she now all of a sudden has a 3^rd appliance that will 100% work to save space in my sons mouth for permanent teeth that are erupting. The 3 options given were really just 2– the all of a sudden miracle appliances with two different payment options that were not offered to begin with, and then the extractions– pretty much leaving us with no choice if we want to save our sons teeth! As I stated for Linh, what comes around goes around. You two are the ones that have to live with yourselves in knowing that you don’t care for children’s best interest, just your own. I work for a big corporation in the healthcare industry and know the true costs for appliances. As I stated to Linh, thanks for nothing. We waited this out to see what the next step would be, and you and your office staff stated we had plenty of time, and I just LOVE how you and Linh work together to get more money in your pockets!

The doctors at this practice is really great, they are very nice. Emily at the front desk always impresses me, since she greeted me by name every time I showed up there. There are a things here and there that could do with a little bit of improvement. But the offices are great and the people that work there are awesome, and I finally got my braces off and my teeth is super straight, so that is what is important.

The staff and doctors are great! Most important they give me a great smile. People compliment me all the time about my teeth. My son just removed his braces and I could not be happier! Beautiful office with a lot of parking spaces. I did interview four orthodontists before I went to them. They were actually more affordable and I really felt that they were on top of the different technologies. They go above and beyond and that is why I feel confident to recommend this office.

Professional, Great with Kids & Awesome Personal Service! I have so many great things to say about Dr Taylor & Dr Sionit! They are always kind and make things very easy to understand for my daughter. It is easy to make appointments and when you do come in for an appointment you are greeted by the front desk and we have never had to wait past our appointment time in 2 years!
